Brilliant location about 500m from the beach. Plenty of wee shops nearby to get bits n bobs in. Great choice at breakfast - takes a day or two to realise all that’s on offer. Air conditioning great. Fresh towels every day. Great buzz at hotel in the evenings with lots of guests having a drink.

Pool area is poor. Not many sunbeds and no sun umbrellas. Would not use it. Restaurant is in the bowels of the building so it’s rackety. Pity it’s not on ground floor so there’s be more of an atmosphere in it.

The hotel is perfectly located and this is the best benefit of it. The room was clean and bed was comfy and everyday cleaning was also a nice thing. Wifi works perfectly as well as the AC. Many options for breakfast and I really liked the fruit buffet during breakfast time. The hotel is a large approximately 280 rooms, you will see different guest types from seniors to students. Every night is something on the entertainment programm, which was mostly visited by senior groups. The staff is really great organised during breakfast time and the coffee was good enough.

The breakfast area is to loud. You have a feeling of a huge student canteen. Im aware that a hotel of this size has an operational challenge to deliver a great service to the huge amount of guest in this short time, but most of the loudness is produced by the staff that sorts right away the cutlery and dishes, next to you while you are trying to drink your first morning coffee. The staff is great organised, but i'm sure there is a way to bring a calmer atmosphere into the restaurant, because quality is not missing. Pillows, as a wannabe 4* hotel, at least 2 standard pillows per person are needed to make the stay really comfy. The Mini Bar is there but empty. Vending Machine at the reception, which is cool but again for a 4* hotel I would love this kind of service.

we decide to pay a little more for the Superior room, which was the right decision…room just renovated. we had a little problem at the arrival, but Ricardo manage to solve it right away…thanks. Front-desk team very friendly, professional and helpful all the time. Also the sweet lady, I think her name’s Ana, that brings us chocolates in the afternoon. very good location!!! thanks Don Juan team, you make our holidays excellent…almost feeling as home :-)) hope to return soon

Location is very good. You get to the beach in just seconds. Also during the day this area is more quiet compared to old part of the town.

If you miss and book non-premium room you will be disappointed. Please pay attention which room are you booking. Have a look at the photos of the specific room before reservation

We enjoyed our stay, 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants and 10 minutes to the bus station. Rooms were very clean, and comfortable. It was a bonus to have English channels BBC, ITV Channel 4 and 5 like the UK. The food both breakfast and dinner were delicious and the restaurant staff work really hard. I would like to thank Monica on reception for all her help when my husband fell ill and needed medical care, she went above and beyond to help us. The Aircon worked well and it was nice to have a mini bar keeping drinks cool. It was quiet for sleeping too. Would definitely recommend.

Tossa de mar, a beautiful, quiet place to relax, the hotel is close to the beach, everything you need, 3 minutes from the hotel, renovated rooms, renovated, cleaned every day, comfortable beds, great bathroom, good air conditioning and great WiFi free, large smart TV, balcony, safe, fridge. Very good food, plenty of choice for everyone. something for yourself, lots of fruit and desserts that I already miss, greetings to the great Aneta😘 who told us what is worth visiting and we had great service, and greetings to the very nice Mrs. Monika from the reception😊

no pool bar, but it didn't bother us because we went to the beach anyway

The location of the hotel is great - close to the main beach, shop, central area and also bus station. The room was very good - renovated, spacious, all facilities basic but on point, comfortable bed and comfy lighting, the bathroom - renovated. For me the most important is comfortable bed, good bed lining, hot shower - everything was perfect. We also enjoyed breakfast, the variety of food was good for everybody. The common areas are bit old school, but well maintained. The staff always friendly :)

Awesome location in the beautiful small town gem with 12th century castle on top of the main beach! Azure clear hidden beaches all around, caves, diving, jet skis and many more. Hotel was very nice clean, and our apartment was top class with a huge terrace, really good bed. Food was amazing, huge choice. Cool swimming pool on top of the hotel. Batteries fully loaded. Staff were super helpful, special thanks to Aneta, who made this stay even better for us :)

Daily disco till 12pm was slightly annoying even on top floor.

The hotel staff, the room and (especially) the food was just fantastic. We had breakfast and lunch at the hotel, and the price-quality relation is just outstanding. Even though it was cold outside, the pool was open, which is very much appreciated.

The only problem was a weird smell coming from the bathroom. I guess the sewage system needs to be checked. We had to keep the balcony window open most of the time because of this smell.

We stayed in a newly renovated room which was small but spotlessly clean. Members of staff were friendly and helpful, particularly housekeeping who refreshed our room every day. The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and restaurants.

Plastic sun loungers by the pool really need to be changed as they are so uncomfortable. It put us off spending more time by the pool.
