The view from our hotel room was amazing. The room was clean and tidy; the staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast offered different options, and everything tasted good.

There is a pool and a hot tub on the property, but the hotel doesn't offer towel services. So you need to either bring your own or buy one at the front desk. This is inconvenient if you are traveling with limited luggage space. They offer private parking for €20 a day, which is quite pricey.

no bottled water in the room, no free beach towels , air conditioner was leaking and dripping from the ceiling just on the bed pillows, but the most outrageous was the receptionist’s behaviour.

Excellent location with great views and a great pool area

We got a transfer from the airport in Girona which dropped us off at the main bus station in Tossa de mar which is located about a fifteen minute walk from the hotel . We received no information beforehand about this so we had to walk with two cases to the hotel when we arrived they said you should have rung us and we would have picked you up After reading reviews about how good the food was we were disappointed about the breakfast menu which was very bland typical hotel buffet food No entertainment at all during the evening all week so we went to hotel next door who provided entertainment over three nights while we were there

The hotel’s location is ideal, next to a beautiful beach, away from the crowds but within walking distance to the old town. The staff are wonderful, going out of their way to make us feel at home. The layout of the hotel is very cozy and original. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The pool is large enough for exercise. Breakfast is excellent. We would definitely return.

The WiFi was spotty and could have been better. The jacuzzi could have been warmer. Soundproofing of the rooms left something to be desired. Struggling to find much else I didn’t like.

Four course dinner set meals were a little repetitive, average quality and rushed and late sitting from 8pm Breakfast quality was disappointing.and busy Pool was too cold. Poor soundproofing in bedroom from above Twin beds were on the small size Only one evening entertainment In a week - More of this please as they were really good!

Amazing hotel! Absolutely fantastic! We went during the last week of May and we had a lovely stay. The staff were lovely! Very helpful and in general seemed to always have a smile on their face! The hotel itself, the bedrooms and pool area were extensive clean and tidy. The weather was great, there was plenty of space around the pool. The view from the pool area and from the bedroom was absolutely fantastic, overlooking the beach. Breakfast was absolute luxury! There’s a lovely outdoor terrace area, where you can enjoy your breakfast overlooking the sea. The hotel also offers spa treatments too, however we didn’t get around to trying them out. The main town is about a 10minute stroll from the hotel, with plenty of shops and restaurants. We will definitely be returning to this hotel.

What a lovely hotel! the location was superb, the staff were so friendly and happy to help us. Our room was fantastic, so clean, the bed so comfy, the view fabulous and the facilities were great. There was so much choice for breakfast and the view of the beach from the dining room was lovely

We had our evening meal in the restaurant and would not recommend it. Speed eating, main course served straight after the starter and our main dish of Veal was just the bone!! Such a shame as everything else about this hotel was wonderful

The location is very good, with the best ocean view of tossa de mar. You must have a sea view room! The pool and jacuzzi are good. Anyways, the view is amazing, 100. Very easy to get to the beach! 位置很好，海景超级美，一定要订海景房！！

Actually, it is a standard 4-star hotel, so don't expect the services like 5-star resorts. There is no welcome drink. The dinner is fine and at a reasonable price. But the breakfast quality can be better, especially the coffee. Also, the decor of the hotel is a bit out-of-fashion. In general, it can be over-priced during summer considering the service and facilities, but the view is TOP.

Arrived by car which was parked for me instantly. Easy checkin with pleasant lady who spoke English. Bags taken to the room for me. Room with balcony with view of the sea, adequate size. Everything worked in the room. Fridge, Kettle and coffee and tea provided. Pillow was comfortable, not that foam springy kind. There are elevators. Breakfast was typical for hotels on the Costa Brava, hot and cold options. Breakfast room with sea views. I wanted to stay an extra day & this was arranged without fuss. In general the staff were friendly polite and efficient. The staff all spoke English and French well. There's a bar, with snacks up to 10pm. THere's a dining room but I didn't try it. A large pool. The outside areas and pool were cleaned every morning. On leaving my car was instantly retrieved, and they will park it and retrieve it multiple times. Great stay, will be back.

Hotel and facilities were excellent Location couldn’t be better

We had booked a villa which slept up to 6 people we were only 3 persons so we had lots of space etc. However we had no idea that the villa would be so far away from main building and that we had almost 30 steps to climb to gain access and it wasn’t easy as steps were uneven and slippy when wet. We had no maid service and nothing provided to clean sinks and toilets etc . No change of bedding or clean towels Not really what we expected
