The room was light and airy, basic but clean and in good repair. The balcony was an excellent additional space The cleaners were excellent and pleasant.

The absence of reception staff, combined with a door code system that is clearly not working properly. The codes to my room, and that of my friend did not work at first (after we had put our bags in them) and had to be changed. At least one other room was affected as well.

It was good value for money, clean and in an excellent location. The staff were very accommodating regarding keeping the room on .

Did not like having to continually prove that we we’re staying there. Even when we’d just been talking to the receptionist, if we left for a short time , we were pounced on by another member of staff. One particular member of staff was particularly zealous!! I don’t know whether she was the manager but she seemed to be ‘in charge’. I understand why this is done , obviously to stop non residents from using the facilities but it puts off actual residents from using them as well. She needs to dial it down a touch. Other than that, no complaints .

This is a basic 2 star hotel, with everything you could want. Staff are exceptional cannot do enough for you. The hotel is immaculately clean, very close to the beach and restaurants.

air con poor, if it had been hotter we would have struggled with the heat in the room. The shower holder was broken and never mended but we managed as only there a few days. Breakfast was not included in the price but we paid to have the breakfast which again had everything you needed for a continental breakfast. Rooms could do with a small fridge.

Value for money! Basic but very clean. Very good beds. The day you arrive you receive a code to open the outside door and the door from your room.... there is no reception.

When you check out at 11.00, you can't enter the hotel again because the code you got is expired. So you cannnot leave you luggage at the hotel when you want to explore the city a little bit more...

Easy process with access to the room and obtaining the key code. The location was very good for the area which was ideal for the purpose of our stay.

No dislikes with this stay. We found it unusual that there was no reception staff present, which could have been good if we had any issues with our stay. However, we did not experience any issues.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! Short walk to the three main beaches. Our apartment had two rooms, two bathrooms and two balconies. The staff was impossibly friendly and helpful, offered three languages (Spanish, English and french) and helped us with renting a car. I would suggest they add another star, because this was far better then a 2* hotel

Uncomfortable balcony chairs. No balcony table. No privacy screen

Plus side is that it’s very clean and location is perfect, in a very quiet area and at the same time close to the beach and all the main attractions.

Bed was very small for two persons and hotel has no iron.

Close to the beach. Beautiful entrance and paintings. Often respond fast.

There was some hair on the body lotion. The bed and the towels had some stains. The smell when you enter is not the best. Maybe becaue of humidity?

The hotel is very close to the beach and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We needed help with figuring out what bus to take to Lloret de Mar and Girona and they explained everything in detail. The room was clean and we had everything that we needed for our stay.
