The location was rather lovely. It was close to the beach and to Consum market where we did our basic groceries. The place was easily accessible by buses 31, 92 and 99 (possibly some more). It was also really easy to get there from airport (or the other way around) with metro line 5 and bus 99. It is also not too close to the city center which guarantees a bit calmer neighbourhood. The staff was really nice and really helpful, every time we asked for something our expectations were met. The room was simple but nice - bedroom with private bathroom. The room had a table, night table, night lamp, overhead lamp and a big wardrobe for clothes. The bathroom had a shower. We were provided with two pairs of towels (face + body) and one extra for handwashing or feet after leaving shower. We also got a handwashing gel and inside the shower there was a body showergel. The breakfast is available from 7 to 9:30 on week days and from 8 to 10:30 on weekends. While it doesn't offer a great variety of food it was enough to satisfy us - you could get scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, bread, jam, coffee, juice and some sweet pastry. The place also had a terrace at 9th floor with a beautiful view.

During our second night we noticed a lot of ants wandering by the sliding doors of the shower. Thankfully after reporting the problem it has been professionally taken care of - some chemical has been used and all of our towels were swapped. We haven't noticed any ants for the rest of the stay.

Rooms were clean. Laundry facilities excellent. Staff lovely. So near the beach.

No security boxes. Breakfast was awful. We arrived down at breakfast at 9 with a big queue of people but there was nothing to eat… except for scrambled egg, which was disgusting, frankfurter sausages and fatty rashers. No juice, bread, cake, pastries left. Yogurt was awful. We didn’t waste out time going there the following days.

The location, only two small blocks from the beachfront was perfect. Plenty of choice for food and drinks around. Public transport buses very close and easy to use. Breakfast was included and many choices were available. There are also laundry facilities which you can use with your credit/debit card. Staff were helpful with all requests.

This appears to be a student residential block so not all the big hotel extras may be available. For example, the pool was already closed for the season despite the weather being hot in the beginning of October.

Location, it was close to beach and there was also bus stop right behind the building for city center..Staff are quite kind and nice and helpful, room was clean always which is good..They said car parking is not for free but actually there are a lots of place where you can park your car around hotel of course everyday you should find a new spot, but it was Ok, i could park my car for free

Room was too small, it was a bit difficult to walk inside the room. Breakfast was ok but there was no much choices, only 1 type of cheese and egg, and everyday was same..

Every thing really was good 😊 . breakfast was so good🤩🤩the bakery was fresh and delicious the staff was helpful and kind i recommend you get room 720 it was a big room with a kitchen and two beds 🛌 the swimming pool was nice and refreshing. The game room was cool. The hotel is close to all the beaches, 5mins walk, and close to Malva-rosa beach. Also close to Marina park, about 30mins walk. The rooms are well cleaned everyday, huge shout out to the cleaning staff.

The swimming pool was a bit to deep for kids i Recommend that kids Use the Ladder to see if they m can put down there leg on pool Floor. And the hotel was Expensive, but its really a good hotel, it doesn’t appear 2 stars to me, it looks like a 3,5 -4 stars.

It was a perfect location for my needs. Good value for money.

The hotel is located at a prime location, which offers proximity to both the beach and public transportation. The convenience of being close to the beach allowed for strolls and enjoyable seaside moments. Easy access to public transportation enhanced the overall travel experience, facilitating exploration of the city. The clean and well-maintained rooms added to the positive aspects of the accommodation. The simplicity and cleanliness created a comfortable and pleasant environment. The breakfast options were decent, providing a satisfactory start to the day. The simplicity of the offerings, while not extravagant, met basic requirements effectively. However, the hotel's distance from the city centre, approximately 40 minutes away, might be a consideration for those seeking closer proximity to central attractions. Resa Patacona stands out for its excellent location and cleanliness.

The lack of a kettle in the room to make tea or coffee was a bit off-putting.

A very interesting place. Dormitory. The room is small but has everything you need, including a fridge. A very beautiful and modernly equipped bathroom. There are possible to connect TV to the internet but it takes some time. Netflix is also available. There is a kitchen on the floor, where you can probably prepare food. We didn't use it, so I can't tell more. Unfortunately, there was no electric kettle. We arrived at night, there was no one at the reception desk. So we tried self-check-in and it was a very interesting experience. There are washing machines and dryers, for an additional fee, but very convenient. While things are being washed, you can play billiards, table football or darts. The beautiful observation terrace on the roof. Breakfast until 10:30 on weekends, but until 9:30 on weekdays. The choice is not that big, but you can also find something to eat. Unfortunately, the coffee is not very tasty. Juice can be obtained only by asking the workers. The location is close to the beach and many restaurants on the promenade, there is a supermarket nearby. You can get to the centre by direct bus in 20 minutes.

Areas: It is about 10mins walk to Patacona beach or Malvarrosa beach. About 5mins to the supermarket. There is a bus stop 5mins away for bus n°99 which will get you to some parts of Valencia and to Biopark. Facilities: We had a studio as a have a toddler and the double room are not big enough for a baby cot. It was great to have a small kitchenette to prepare our toddler's milk and keep the water cold in the fridge. (August is so hot as a month). Air con is a plus in the hot weather. There is a launderette within the hotel which is practical for long stays. There is a pool table and and foosball table too. Staff : Reception and Housekeeping team are amazing. Always helpful and friendly! We were able to get into the room earlier as it was ready when we arrived - which was really useful with a toddler. And we could also do a late check out until 3pm for 40€ which gave us some spare time to get to the beach in the morning. Overall: Really like our stay and great value for money!

The bed is a bit too soft and thin but that's only my taste. It did not stop me from having a good night sleep! There is a swimming pool but it is quite small and quite deep. Also the water is quite cold as it is located in a shade area.

Rooms are basic and small around bed area, at least it was in my room but everything was very clean. The staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was mixed with a decent selection of hot and continental choices. Very close to a beach with restaurants. Easy 30 min walk to the main beach and harbour area. Taxi to the old city is around €11. Nice restaurant close by called Lucifero opposite a quaint church. Overall for a clean bed in a good location, very good.
