Staff - very helpful and friendly : we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment ( no extra pay), this was very kind and nice, you don't find many hotels where to have such a pleasant surprise. Apartment - clean, large, beds were fine, soundproof to street noise, terase included, kitchen reasonable filled with kitchenware (but we mostly ate in one of the many restaurants in old town), clean bathrooms. Garaje : large enough spots for our SUV, easy access, can use even -2 floor in case, you pay 16 euro per day but your car stays safe. Perfect location : just 5 min walking from central pietonal streets and Plaza España. We didn't use the pool or the hotel restaurant.

Nothing important to mention. A coffeemaker and a kettle would be a useful adition to comfort, for those who do not take breakfast at the hotel.

To me it's the best place to stay in Zaragoza. After my first stay in 2014, I've never booked anywhere else in town. Spacious apartments. Kitchen very well equipped with a big fridge, stove, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher (though I never need to use that), pots and pans, crockery and cutlery. Kitchen kit provided, containing dishwashing liquid, detergent, sponge and cleaning cloth. Electric kettle, iron and ironing board provided upon request. Excellent location near Plaza del Pilar, many restaurants and supermarkets. Can easily get taxis just in front of the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Due to local roadworks we had some problems getting close to the entrance, The fantastic receptionist was great at guiding us to the car park. In the apartment we were greeted with a small bottle of bubbly which was a wonderful surprise. The apartment was very spacious, the bed was so big we couldn’t find each other ! We didn’t use the kitchen except for hot drinks but it seemed fully equipped. Breakfast on the top floor was pleasant with fantastic views and a wonderful relaxed atmosphere Zaragoza is great too, wish we could have stayed for longer. Maybe next time.

Location, secure parking, roof terrace. As a family of 5 we were given 2, 2 bed apartments, which were spotless and had plenty of space. A lovely surprise to find chilled cava in the fridge and a personalised welcome card, very thoughtful .. and welcome after a long drive! The outdoor pool was clean and refreshing and although we didn’t use it the gym was well equipped. Breakfast was a buffet, served upstairs with great views of the city. We sat outside on the terrace which was lovely. Great selection of hot and cold breakfast items and helpful staff. This area was also a rooftop bar later in the day. Location was great for exploring the old town, with lots of restaurants and bars to choose from.

Whilst the parking was very secure and convenient, in the basement of the hotel, it was rather tight for a larger vehicle. We were happy to pay the €16 for our overnight stay and lucky to find a big enough space, within the allocated area.

Upgrade to a bigger apartment. Very nice personnel at reception and breakfast, helpful. Swimming pool was refreshing. Large apartment with all commodoties: sitting area, kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. , bathroom with rainshower Lots of choice for breakfast: eggs, vegetables, fruit, yoghurt, bread, sweets, ... Great view over the city in rooftop breakfast room ( in or outside sitting possible) Parking available. City center, only some steps away from old city and plaza de pilar/plaza d'España/shops.

No blinds only blinding curtains. Doors still work with keys no card system.

Nice one bedroom apartment with well equipped kitchen and comfortable couch and bed. The location of the hotel is good, close to cafe’s restaurants, and supermarkets with public transport virtually at the door. It is an easy walk to all the sights from the hotel. Staff friendly and helpful and great views from the sky bar.

We were an apartment set up for people with mobility limitations so the shower floor was level with the bathroom floor and water leaked out under the shower. Not awful, just a bit frustrating.

The hotel is located right on the edge of the old town within easy access of the tourist sights. There is also an amazing food market within two minutes walk. The view from the breakfast room/bar/restaurant over the city is great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Underground parking was under the hotel accessed by a gate at the side of the hotel.

The pool was slightly smaller than I expected and in shade from quite a few buildings.

The staff were very helpful and spoke English which was good for us. The apartment was spacious, clean and quiet. It was in a good part of Zaragosa, just outside the main city (historic part) and there were good links to public transport if you needed them. You were only 5 minutes walk away from the main "Tapas" area which came alive at about 10pm. When we realised we didn't have any wine glasses or small bowls and asked at reception they brought them up to the room. We should have had a washing machine and dishwasher and when we complained at check out that we didn't have them they gave us our 3 nights parking (48euros) for free.

The kitchen equipment was very limited. No wine glasses or small bowls. The apartment was advertised with a washing machine and dishwasher and although we spoke to a lady at reception, who came up and checked the room with us nothing was done.

I booked 20 minutes before arrival after a 1150 km drive & when I arrived (unknowingly!) at their garage, they could see me on the cameras & let me in without fuss. Super friendly & explained how the key & lift worked, with the lift to underground car park, which was very reassuring as my car was full of non computer equipment.

it's a busy road & finding it was not easy, especially as there is a bus stop outside. Maybe on your booking site, you ask if the visitor is coming by car & list the street name, which is in a quiet road next to the busy one. I was helped by a lovely local lady, who guided me in her car!

This centrally located aparthotel was perfect for our trip. The apartment was really spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge, bedroom and bathroom. The staff were extremely helpful and we were able to pay for a late check out when our ferry time was changed. The secure parking was very well organised. We would definitely stay here again.

We were concerned that we couldn't reserve a parking space but this wasn't a problem.
