The place is really beautiful and very closed to Mount Lavinia hotel and just at the beach front, there is a swimming pool and it is a very quite place to rest and get away to retreat and chill

the staff were very helpful and attentive. The garden and pool were very pleasant. the bed was comfortable and the room was large in size. food pretty good but a bit overpriced. Beach just across the railway line.
The room smelled very monsoony damp, the fridge didn’t work. Couldn’t use the bedside light and my charger at the same time. More electric points would be good. The train so close to the hotel was a bit of a shock! and noisy especially in the middle of the night. Not much open on the beach and very few tourists so had to eat in hotel mostly.

fantastic location, 3 min walk to the beach! nice garden, food is ok. The staff is friendly and funny.
there's a train line really close to the place if you like to sleep long - might not be the best option. wi-fi was awful, used just mobile internet.

Lovely friendly staff. 30 seconds from a lovely beach with bars and restaurants. Food was good. Would recommend staying.
The trains can disturb you if you wanted an early night or a lie in.
