Good staff, clean rooms, comfortable to travel, hot water shower, a large cupboard, comfortable dining area. Very clean bathrooms

Great location, staff was very nice and helpful. Very green surroundings.

Bed sheets need a bit of an update. Some facilities might need some renovation. WiFi acted quite strangely sometimes. Sound isolation is not the best. If you're a light sleeper, bring your ear plugs.

What did I like???? It's easier to say what I didn't like This place was so good. We booked (Sep stay) the villa which was right next to the pool. Although you can hear Kandy below you, from this hilltop hotel, it is in no way intrusive. Pool seemed to be just for us, as no one else used it at all. Staff were so kind and welcoming, very easy stay, so hard to leave. Breakfast was beautiful with a huge variety of items. We would definitely stay again, no problem

The hotel and room was very clean, the maids do a great job. The location had a beautiful view over Kandy and you are pretty much nearby the main street. The personal was very helpful and kind. The rooms are very comfortable and large. We got the honeymoon package and it was fun and so lovely.

The breakfast was all in all great, but still had some little downsides in our opinion, on the last day, the butter was not that fresh, also the fruits are not of the best quality (complaints on high level).

The location is great but quite a steep hill up (we got tuk tuks up each time!) The room was spacious with a lovely balcony, we asked to move up a floor to get a better view of the lake and they were great in helping us do this. Pool was clean and a nice refreshing dip. Grounds were maintained well. The guy who served us breakfast was lovely, as it was quite quiet they didn’t have a buffet instead they served us eggs of our choosing to our table with other bits which suited us quite well.

Front desk staff were great although we tried to order a taxi through them to sigirya and it was extortionate so would avoid (we did PickMe instead).

Clean,modern,comfortable and an easy distance walk around the lake to Kandy town centre if you want. Or a 5 min tuk tuk ride. We were on the 3rd floor,nice balcony overlooking the town,lake and hills across the valley. Very good value tariff. Ours including a nice breakfast. Varied choices, fresh fruit,toast,eggs etc Staff were very friendly,helpful and attentive.

Nothing we didn’t like, the walk back up to the hotel(which is on the side of a hill) is a bit steep but heh, that’s what tuk tuk a are for🤣

Amazing! Best place to stay in Kandy, very close to the city but still up out of the way enough. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Our room was lovely didn’t pay for the view but it was still gorgeous, very big and spacious with a separate shower area (rare for Sri Lanka they’re all wet rooms) !!

Aircon made a strange sound that kept me up and it’s up a very steep hill, didn’t affect us but for anyone this might affect. Although tuktuks are happy to drop all the way to the top.

The hotel room we were given had beautiful views looking over lake, the big Buddha and it had a small balcony. The hotel has magnificent gardens, beautiful small pool and everything sparkles , is well maintained. Furnishings appear to be thoughtfully purpose built. The staff are really exceptional. We had above and beyond help renting and returning a scooter. Breakfast was à la cart one day and the next couple because there were moreguests a buffet. Each day it was great. Everything suited us and made our stay great.

We really liked this place..large, comfy, quiet rooms. Nice pool. View of the lake, kind of. Not far to walk to the road. Excellent breakfast buffet with delicious Sri Lanka options. Modern-yet- traditional decor. I'll stay again.

The info says there is dinner available but they are only doing breakfast just now. There is a great eating option just a short walk away on the main road, but it's expensive. The coffee at breakfast is as weak as dishwater.

A really nice hotel, situated at the far end of Kandy Lake. That said, a really easy and pleasant 20 minute walk into town along a quiet path, with street lights. The hotel was really quiet with excellent facilities. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a very varied buffet style. Used the hotel restaurant on our first night which was good food and reasonably priced. Nice pool area.
