The Hotel is a 15 minutes tuk tuk/car ride from the train station. It is a modern hotel hotel with all the amenities you can think. The rooftop bar along with the swimming pool was our favourite place to spend time. The breakfast menu was vast. We would definitely come back here

During our stay there was problem with the room electricity due to which the air conditioning did not work for a few hours which ended up to be an issue of overload and was fixed after calling management At the breakfast you find so many crows on the balcony if you are having breakfast there and if you leave your table for anything your food is going to be eaten by them. This needs to be taken care of

The stay in the hill-facing room was fantastic. We were traveling with my parents, and they provided us with adjoining rooms that were clean and comfortable. The morning view from the balcony was breathtaking. The breakfast's wide variety of tasty delicacies was truly excellent. At the evening, you will be amazed to see the lights on the hillside buildings.

The check in time was really lengthy and after an almost four hours journey from Colombo, it was really annoying. I had to request amenities such as towels and soaps separately. There were no slippers. I had to ask them three times to open the connecting door. The house keeping service really needs to be improved.

Great location, stunning views of the city and lake, and great breakfast and rooftop pool/bar. The room was really comfortable, with a hot shower and good wifi, and the balcony view is just incredible. The staff are also helpful and friendly. Would stay again!

The room we booked said it has a bathtub, but then upon arrival it did not; however after speaking to Booking and the property, they gave us breakfast instead to make up for the error, which was nice.

We booked just a regular twin room without any view, but guys on the reception desk proposed us free upgrade, so we had the great view on the city and the lake. That was nice! :) The room was calm and clean, with comfy beds (and blankets not just sheets!). The stuff was very kind and helpful, the swimming pool on the rooftop is very nice when you're not on a seaside. Location is also good, nearby the main attractions.

Internet connection: it was a bit better that in other Sri-Lankan hotels but anyway slow, that was just one disadvantage here. And rooftop bar were a bit overpriced.

The location of the property is very central but could use better signage to access. The rooms are good and comfortable. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

We had two meals at the hotel and it wasn't very tasty and could've been more flavourful. Some of the bathroom fittings were quite old and broke. The air conditioning is on a thermostat that's complicated to operate so the room can get a bit too hot.

Out of hotel - for the safety of guests - outside of the hotel ( people ask for trips and tours) as we felt it bit unsafe, it's not safe for hotel guests & sales that can be earned to the hotel, are taken by the public ( tuk-tuk drivers) .

The hotel offers a perfect in-city circuit experience, with spacious rooms and a stunning pool that provides a captivating view of the city. However, it would be great if they could expand their menu options to cater to picky eaters, and perhaps curate a more selective breakfast. In general, I would say it's an average hotel.

The hotel is in a fairly convenient location very close to the Kandy lake. Breakfast was good (buffet) but the food could have been tastier. View was good and the room was clean, although the fittings were a bit worn.

The signage to reach the hotel was small and unclear so it was slightly difficult to find initially, and a little difficult to reach, but it's very close to the town itself.

It was a wonderful place to stay in Kandy. We got upgraded to a lake view room on one of the higher floors on arrival, which was a welcome gesture. The location was also a big plus, near the lake - albeit on a steep incline to the property! The room was comfortable, modern and had all the amenities. The only draw was the lack of lighting fixtures - It just wasn't bright enough in the room. The staff were always helpful, even holding my luggage for a bit longer while we waltzed off to take a tour of the city post checkout. Would definitely recommend this stay.

The view from the rooftop is beautiful! The staff are also very kind and welcoming. There's also a great little pizza place within walking distance.

We stayed here when this hotel was called Ozo. There have been minimal (if any) changes to the rooms, yet the price is higher.
