The place is amazing and breathtaking, it’s on top of the hill looking to the Kandy lake, very close to the temple too. The room super big with a swimming pool view. The stuff very nice and welcoming. The only thing that we didn’t appreciate it was the dinner buffet, it could be better and with more options. Definitely we will come back

The hotel is super nice the room was very comfortable very well equipped. The food in the restaurant was also so good the pool was amazing and the view from the pool is outstanding. Amazing place in beautiful Kandy ♡

Really liked everything!

The pool was beautiful and the staff were so friendly and helpful with everything we needed. Our train tickets fell through and they organised a last minute transfer for us which was amazing. Our view from the balcony was also so beautiful and lovely to wake up to.

The property is showing the signs of age a little, could have done with a little paint. For the price we paid (over £250 per night) would have expected slightly better facilities (e.g. more modern bathroom as there was a minor leak in ours and the air con wasn't as strong as we'd liked). Generally an amazing stay just felt quite expensive.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE ONSIGHT JEWELLERY SHOP. GUYS ARE VERY NICE AND WE HAD A LAUGH WITH THEM. BUT AFTER WE LEFT AND WENT DOWN SOUTH. WE FOUND OUT HOW MUCH THEY HAD RIPPED US OFF. SO IT LEFT A BITTER TASTE THEN ONE OF MY BRACELETS SNAPPED AND WHEN I EMAILED THEM AND SENT A PHOTO THEY WERE NOT EVEN PROFESSIONAL TO EMAIL ME WITH AN APOLOGY EXTREMELY RUDE I DONT HAVE A LOT OF MONEY. SO TO PAY £450 POUNDS FOR 3 THINGS THAT EOULD OF COST HALF THE PRICE IN JEWELLERY SHOPS DOWN THE SOUTH SADLY LEAVES A BITTER TASTE IN YOUR MOUTH HAD I RECIEVED AN EMAIL I WOULD OF GONE BACK TO THIS HOTEL AS WE LOVED IT SO MUCH

the pool its not clean a get sick in pool they should be clen 2 times in the day

the location was excellent. the pool and view were also very good. staff were very accommodating.

the food was too chilli hot (and I am Sri Lankan). the pillows were poor quality. the wine was overpriced and we felt one staff member was pressurising us to buy a bottle.

Trilanka has the most amazing location and view, close to Kandy and Sacred temple and with a view that is hard to beat

the only thing I didn’t like were the towels (minor point) they need replacing

We'll situated hotel with wonderful view across Kandy from our Royal Pavilion room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Delicious food. Great swimming pool. Don't believe the scare stories, come to Sri Lanka and support this wonderful country and it's people!

The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The view from the room was spectacular as was the view from the infinity pool. The staff were very attentive especially the manager Marcus. Irfan was also very helpful. The location feels far out of town at first but it’s actually within walking distance to the temple, kandyan culture centre and the city.

I was trying to call the airline about my lost luggage but was unable to ring through the switchboard as it wouldn’t connect.

The hotel is beautiful! The location is perfect, it has the view to the whole city and to the natural surrounding. Pool is also spectacular. People are so kind and polite. I would definitely love to come back here. I would reccomend this place to everyone visiting Kandy for few days.

The dining area could be a bit cleaner, especially windows, for the sake of the clear view on the beautiful surroundings...
