A beautiful hotel, but it is the staff that make it a stunning hotel! I had a memorable time at this beautiful hotel because of the staff, from Fernando’s cheerful disposition in the restaurant, the endearing and welcoming breakfast staff, and the warm, generous, and kind-hearted staff who went beyond the extra mile in reception, such as Cain, Mekhel, and Erik who were so helpful, patient, and always listened to my escapades at the end of the day (all are amazingly wonderful in reception). Equally, the housekeeping was great. I will definitely come back!

Pretty Hotel with a lovely lobby, and beautiful welcoming spaces off the lobby to sit and chat, have a drink or just relax. Nice bar and restaurant. Downstairs is another restaurant used for breakfast. The breakfast was great—one of the best. Wide selection of fresh fruits, cheeses, yogurts, eggs, breads, etc. Something for everyone. We stayed in a suite and it was spacious and comfortable. The beds were fantastic. I was traveling with my daughter and she loved it too.

My one recommendation would be better lighting in the room.

No ? to help with your suitcase up the stairs. It’s not a long flight but when you are tired from a long flight, would be nice to have someone help with the bags. And the infamous Saturday night thumping music beat that I can hear from my 6th floor bedroom facing the courtyard is real. Also, the housekeeping staff threw away my half bottle of water. I wasn’t actually done with it even though it was open and they didn’t replenish the toiletries.

The lobby, the hotel building, its location, the helpful and friendly staff, the great breakfast spread, the lovely and delicious Restaurant with excellent wines!

The towels, room cleaning and bed making. The elevator is too small for the number of guests. The price was ok since we have resources but you could charge about $50-75 a night to keep people like us Longer!

Location was excellent, in the centre of Stockholm. The room was small and we could only access the bed on one side. thus my daughter had to clamber over me. The room was a disabled room, despite not requesting one, which was fine, except for the door closure/operation which sprung open or shut REALLY slowly - which I'm sure is important for those in wheelchairs but not abled-bodied. Breakfast in the lower ground restaurant was well-stocked with continental breakfast items plus some hot food, but limited and they appear to only have pancakes served at weekend (not so great for kids if staying during the week). The lounge area was lovely, great for afternoon tea or snacks or just aperitif but closed too early and we would have preferred drinks there post dinner, rather than in the actual bar which was small and 'Voodoo lounge' style and not ideal with children. the staff where amazing, very polite, helpful and offered some great restaurant recommendations (hence we did not eat in the hotel restaurants for lunch or dinner) and directions to visit places of interest. Uber taxis are easy to organise around Stockholm and it's worth noting to have your shopping receipts stamped by the retailer so you can claim the tax back at the airport (25%).....some items where 20% cheaper than the UK, which made even greater savings with the reclaim! We visited in the winter, but would definitely consider the same location for a summer trip.

Central location very close to superb shopping and restaurants. Breakfast variety very good

Breakfast room was very tighly packed with tables. Heating in the room was very tempremental (it was -3 degrees outside). Our room was located at the front of the hotel overlooking the square. We could not open windows at night due to very loud disco music from the bar opposite and nightclub. Being woken up at 3:30am was no joke. Hotel are aware and actually said "it is much worse in Summer"!!. For the price out room was on the small side with only 12" from the end of the bed to the window. Bathroom great.

Fantastic location for shopping, restaurants and sight seeing. Clean and cosy rooms. Friendly staff. Wonderful ambience and decor.

Bare essentials for amenities in the room - no tea or coffee. Small room (expected for Scandinavia and for what I paid/description of room) - only had carry on luggage so ok, but would have struggled with checked in suitcase size.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and good facilities (decent gym + sauna and steam room). Excellent location. Breakfast was good. It would be good to have a better range of cured meats e.g. the addition of a salami rather than just ham and turkey as well. Having self-service sparkling water at breakfast would also be an improvement.

The smell when you walk into the hotel is simply excellent, sets a great example from the beginning. The bathrooms are always superb, in particular the design but also the Byredo products. Breakfast is always amazing, incredible ingredients. Great to be able to order a “Real” coffee not just be served filter! One of my favourite hotels in the world!

The Green Tea for room service is very expensive! Missing a Kettle in the room!
