Seems that hotel staff has military training. Excellent service!

Excellent location right in the middle of Stockholm. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the whole place had a clean and elegant appearance. The rooms are big and nicely furnished; the beds are huge but the blankets/pillows could have been more comfortable (to each their own). The breakfast buffet had something for everybody, the quality of food and service was excellent.

We didn't know that using the spa costs extra. This is unusual and could have been communicated better in advance.

The pool is only for 16+ which was quite sad for my 11 year-old daughter I don’t understand why single children with their parents can’t use the spa.. I understand with groups of children. Especially considering the price of the hotel I found this quite a disappointment.

location is perfect. right in the center. from there you can easily walk everywhere around the city. very calm room. no noises. excellent. nice welcoming.

on booking it shows like there is a swimming pool. But there is not! it is a plunge bath in their spa. in addition, spa access is not included for hotel guests. and entrance is 60EUR.

Historical outside and inside but the room we stayed renovated with a modern architectural style that does not lose the feeling of the hotels soul coming with its age. Classy restaurants inside with unique view of the city and well prepared tasty menu. Hospitality that gives you the feeling everything is planned to make you feel at home and also you are on a vacation.

Everything was great. The hotel is expensive but it is just amazing... The room looked like in a museum, the food was delicious and the Spa Area (book in advance!) was very relaxing and warm. The staff did a great job too, everyone was very helpful. The place in which the hotel is located is probably one of the best in Stockholm - close to everywhere, the metro station is maybe 100 meters away, beautiful area to just walk around. I can fully recommend!

I wasn’t keen on the interior design. We had a suite on the corner. It was painted a disappointing grey with modern, chrome fittings and the furnishings looked like IKEA? I would have preferred a traditional, plush-luxury feel in line with the history and general presentation of the hotel. We have stayed previously in a more traditional-looking room. This one had perfectly luxurious bed but everything else did not look quite right.

Fantastic location, great facilities, extraordinary night shift housekeeping and the restaurant Veranda.

Swimming pool is exclusive (or needs payment) to certain room types, a lot of events with cross flow with hotel guests. Communication pre, and upon arrival needs to be better coordinated, but was resolved, despite the delay, on an expected manner.

Very classic hotel, beautiful in all ways. Location is great, with a view on Gamla Stan. Close to all key places and easily accessible by the subway. Friendly and professional staff, caring and available. Rooms are great, the 30m2 format is perfect and has very good value for money. Huge bed that was confortable. So many small attentions in the room, very enjoyable.

The bathroom was just too warm, we could not turn off the heating system and were just suffocating inside!

An excellent reception on arrival with room upgrade to a juniour suite overlooking the palace. Friendly staff, excellent venue for breakfast and early evening drinks. Service impeccable.

Everything was fine. I could find no fault with the hotel or over areas which it had control. There was a state visit which locked down the vicinity of the hotel, preventing taxis to access.
