We have 2 rooms for me and my family. The rooms were very clean. We got our rooms very early although the normal check in time was 3pm. Their breakfast was excellent. Lots of varieties and good quality food. They provided fruits throughout the day and light snack in the afternoon. They even provided bottle waters in the room. The restaurant staffs were super friendly. The location was very convenient, right in front of the tram station and also very close to bus stations.

Right next to a bus and tram stop so very easy to get to Friendly staff, was able to check in early. Rooms were basic but had what you needed Breakfast was varied Liked the ability to come back to a cup of tea and piece of cake in the evening

Room was a bit too warm and it was a wander out of the main city

Extremely kind and willing to help staff. Even though not in the city center they provided you with Basel card that gives you access to public transportation. They let us use the facilities even after our check out

I would prefer bigger pillows just in case someone couldn't sleep in those flat ones in the room.

Reasonable sized Clean room with with basic amenities included. Staff members at reception were outstanding, very cooperative and friendly. Tea / coffee available free of cost, 24 hours including cookies.

The rooms are very clean, the position of the hotel it's exactly near a tram that it's going to the center, the staff it's very friendly and willing to answer your questions. You also have free water and coffee and some fruit in the lobby of the hotel

The mattress of the bed it's way too soft

We checked in last min when the receptionist was leaving. She was kind enough to show us things and didn't get upset about our delay

we ordered a french toast it was delayed like 15mins and we were running out of time for work so had to cancel and leave

Speedy wifi, soft pillows , big variety of specialties on breakfast. I used to stay in it many years back , and I am glad it has even improved the services.

Bettmümpfeli should be Baslerläckerli instead! 5 nights + additional 3 nights = total 8 nights should give some little discount, but the answer was NO sir!

excellent staff— from the reception ( Martina and Sasskia ) to the Dining staff (Luka and Carlotta ). Even their Chef and the kitchen staff were very attentive!. They were very generous with customer service!

I wish we stayed longer!
