Hotel overall was good. The facilities and the surrounding area is so relaxing. Breakfast was good and the staff is helpful.

There is no elevator in the hotel and we were on the 3rd floor, so had to go through stairs daily. Room was somehow small as i booked a family room for 4 but it was really tight. Room was missing an AC and a minibar, can understand why no AC but can't for the minibar. The tea/coffee in the room wasn't refilled on a daily basis. Check-in reception is open till 6pm only which is totally weird, thanks God I arrived at 5:45pm else I would have spent the night in the garden!!

Perfect location between the mountains, not many people and the quality of the service is amazing. Facilities are spot on. Got all you need to entertain yourself and keep kids occupied. Football, volleyball pitches. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool with plenty to offer, mud section for the kids, mini golf. The underground tunnels for kids were amazing and fascinating ! And much more... Discounts for nearby activities. Staff are friendly and always helpful. Hotel is spotless. Would definitely recommend. Interlaken and Spiez are around the corner by car. Many other activities and view points as well of course.

Great location and truly a complete holiday resort with lots of excellent facilities. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Stayed in the Family room which had a master double-bed and a pair of bunk beds. Room had a spacious balcony overlooking the valley & mountains. Great views from the room. Other amenities, like, coffee, tea, microwave were readily available. The buffet breakfast option was included in the package and was excellent.

Nothing much, but some of the facilities like pool / rope park should be free as part of the room package of 5 nights. 30 minutes drive from Interlaken, so you should have a car for easy logistics.

The clue is in the title - resort. I am not sure we have a British equivalent - my best effort would be a small ski hotel with self service restaurant with its summer operation pitched at families with children under 8. It does that job brilliantly, there were some very happy children. It is part of a campsite operation and is next door to the sports centre where you have free access to the pools. Comfortable beds, good breakfast. Included a local visitor card which obviated the need for us to use our Swiss travel pass for train and bus journeys. Brilliant location for exploring the three valleys which lead to Kandersteg, Adelboden and Griesalp and many cable cars operating in summer took us higher without effort. Lovely staff who were incredibly helpful.

The 20 minute walk to the town centre in the evening if we wanted to eat elsewhere. It was also a 12 minute walk from the station with our luggage along a busy road although there was pavement for almost all the route. The self service restaurant only offered a full evening meal at 39 CHf a head and that was more than we wanted if we had lunched at one of the alpine restaurants. We also found the battle to keep the flies off the food tiresome. They advertised tea and coffee making facilities in the room but whilst the ingredients are in the room you have to trot along to the kitchen /common room on each floor and use the coffee machine there, so bring a dressing gown if you want an early morning cuppa.

This is a wonderful resort for families. We traveled as 3 generations and there was something for all of us to enjoy - separate and together. The views are amazing and the food was very good. The staff was so nice and all spoke some English. I am American and speak no German, but I was fine and everyone understood me and were helpful. We arrived on a Thursday night and did not use our car until we left on Sunday. Everything we needed was in the resort or the village.

The boys were disappointed that the climbing tower was only open on Sat and Sun from 1 - 5. This was OK but it does seem like short hours for an activity the boys were very excited about.

The hotel team was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I have never met with such a good helpful approach to guests.

The restaurant is not the hotel's strong suit however the team was very helpful in filling in the gaps in the menu. 90% of the menu includes carbohydrate meals. Perhaps this is the local cuisine. The selection of carbohydrate foods was large and excellent.

We loved the room with the hard wood floor, very minimalistic, clean and comfortable. the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. the activities for kids are great, in general this is a very kid/family friendly hotel.

We didn't like the fact that the rooms are poorly sound proofed. One can literally hear every spoken word, evey flushed toilet, shower etc in the room next door.

Clean and modern room, comfortable beds, good breakfast, coffee machine available on your floor, kids loved the mini golf and volleyball.

The lighting in the room was a bit dark. No lift. The climbing adventure closed at 530pm.

This new hotel is truly fantastic! We went here with 2 families and had a simply amazing time (and take in to account that it was in drizzly November :)). We stayed for 2 nights and would have loved to stay longer. We used loads of the facilities (swimming pool, mini golf, underground labyrinth :)). The rooms are spacious and nice, with a brand new high end nespresso machine available in the hallway. The bathrooms are very clean with hot showers with great water pressure. The breakfast is very nice, with the croissants of the region being truly irresistible. The staff is very kind and helpful. We will certainly be back! And remember, just across the road is the Tropenhaus, a caviar farm and tropical jungle, well worth a visit as well!

Honestly, I am not an easy traveler, but for this hotel I have no suggestions for improvement :).
