The view was amazing. Staff was friendly right from the start, check in drinks, tour of the hotel, and we were walked to your room. Staff gave great recommendations for lunch, dinner and activities. We did not pay for breakfast ahead of time, but did eat breakfast there both mornings. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety. Rooms were great and the staff lent us a fan as it was hot during the day. It cooled off nicely at night to have the windows open. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The staff in this location really went out of their way to make us feel at home, if it was the complimentary drinks the immediately offered the moment we stepped in to the personal touch with the service all around. The location has amazing view from the dinning room and terrace and a parking spot a few steps away. The breakfast had many options including Gluten free bread.

The only thing that we were missing was an AC unit in the rooms, the days were hot and the room did not manage to cool off enough during the night.

Spiez is such a great place for relaxing especially during Christmas time. Nice and cozy room, and luckily with a balcony so that we can even admire the view of the peak of the mountain when the weather is fine. Also the dinner itself and the view of its bistro is brilliant. Everyone in the hotel is so friendly and willing to help. There are not so many tourists as it was in Interlaken or Grindelwald, so we can enjoy the quiet and peaceful nature. Will definitely recommend to my friends. And maybe will be back in summer:-)

This hotel was an accidental find when I was looking for a place near interlaken. i decided to go for spiez as it is very convenient for my next train to paris. believe me, this place is a gem and spiez is amazing! la belle vue staff are awesome and friendly, and we were welcomed with a complimentary coffee by the cafe, then we were ushered to our room. the complimentary upgrade was a nice gesture which provides a direct access to the shared terrace and the view is spectacular. the room is clean and minimalist. i like that the shared bar is just out our door where we can easily get morning coffee. location is perfect which is a 10min walk to the station and walkable to a nearby Coop. I would definitely come back and stay here again! ..maybe a bit longer next time and different season.

Everything was just perfect! We were traveling with our two teens and they gave us two connecting bedrooms and a large terrace with breathtaking view of the mountains and lake. The property in general was very nice decorated, cozy and super clean. The location couldn’t be better, very close to the train station and close from the lake where you find restaurants. The hotel breakfast was great as well. The staff was just simply amazing, specially Debra Who was extremely attentive at all times making our stay one of the best in our tour through Switzerland. I will definitely come back!

I thought it would be very stuffy since the hotel didn't provide air-conditioning and fans, but it became very cold after nightfall. Since I arrived late, the self-service check-in was very smooth, thank you all the staff! The room was beautiful and furnished in such a stylish style that we couldn't leave it. The breakfast is also delicious, and the staff allowed us to store our luggage after check-out. If you come to Spiez, you must stay here.

Easy self check in if you arrive after 7 pm as their reception is closed (it's a café shop downstairs) The room is spacious and clean. The bed is super comfortable, and the bathroom is well equipped (towels, shower gels, hairdryer, cotton pads and Qtips...etc.) The hallway has coffee and tea making facilities. We love the rooftop view! A good day to start with a cup of coffee + the beautiful lake mountain view at their rooftop 😊

The hotel is very clean and looks very good. The breakfast is also very good, with local products. Debora is a super host, with a lot of little details leading to a great experience. The views to the lake are impressive!

There was very little soundproof between the rooms, we could hear the people next door snoring and the cleaning ladies speaking loud in the morning. The mattresses were also a bit too soft.

We choose this hotel as our first hotel when we arrive in Europe. And when we arrived a bit late, they surprised us with a room upgrade, and welcome drink is also very nice, served in the balcony with stunning view. This hotel was trully our best hotel during 3 weeks trip in Europe

we had two rooms. One was on the street side, but was still very quiet. The other was facing the harbor of Spiez and the Lake. it had a balcony. Our friends, visiting Switzerland for the first time in 40 years, totally enjoyed it. Breakfast room is sunny and nice, the breakfast itself very environmentally friendly served, which we appreciated. No overdose and wasted food, but we could ask for more if we wanted. The hotel is situated very close to the train station, we left our car then next day and took a train trip to GornerGrat.

The key communication left a bit to be desired. But it worked out as the manager lived near by. (We did not have access to the information regarding the key code for entry)
