Our suite was amazing (balcony with lake view, sitting area, bathroom with jacuzzi, steam bath and heated floor). Reserved table for dinners. Extremely attentive staff. Extensive breakfast options. Soup & Salad bar for lite lunch. Multiple dinner options.

1. 11 euros for a bottle of water is outrageous. Another hotel we stayed in (4 star) provided free water and soft drinks. At these prices, this property should do the same. 2. Wish the temperature in the indoor pool were a bit cooler.

The hotel is great, everything was perfect. The View is amazing 🤩 I willl post some special lake view videos on Google Maps. The stuff are so friendly and helpful. I would love to thank the manager Mr. Sebastian for his kindness, and Ms. Sibylle for her helping while we were staying at the hotel. I also need to express my deep expressions to Mr. Fernando who is one of the SPA stuff for his lovley dealing, Fernando is very friendly with the hotel guests.

I will definitely come back again!

Location is excellent with very nice view

few points to be considered by the hotel management 1) since this is a relaxing resort, in room service menu should be available if not 24 hours then at least until 12:00 AM since there are no other options to eat in the area at all. there is also a 25 CHF charge to be added to the order to make a simple sandwich in addition to the sandwich price. 2) considering the high room rate and level of the hotel, dental kits should not be chargeable. i have stayed in more than 200 hotels (4, 5 and 7 stars) in the last 25 years and was never asked to pay an amount for a dental kit. when i told the staff about this she answered “ its chargeable and i don’t make the rules, there is always first time for everything and this will be your first time to pay dental kit”

We did fair amount of hiking in the mountains and it was fantastic to come back to Beatus, relax at the spa and have great meal and rest. View at the mountains and the lake was superb, we liked salt water and inside pool, swimming in the lake, food: breakfast, dinner any snacks, relaxing atmosphere. Pier for the lake boat was right by the hotel. Staff was always helpful and fantastic. Great service.

Lack of air conditioning in the rooms, but this was exceptionally warm autumn…

Room was amazing and the half board meals included were delicious.

Not enough explanation was given for the different activities (saunas, pools, massages) and knowing which were included or needed to pay extra. We felt overwhelmed and access to each one was not clear so weren't sure if we were allowed to go in certain doors.

View from my room was amazing 😻 and i am vegetarian so the hotel staff did there best for arranging vegetarian food

One of there staff was very rude with us, while we were swimming He literally shouted at us and said us to not to make noise. He could have said us normally.

A genuine warm and friendly hotel with service uppermost in its mind. Lovely room, comfortable bed, wonderful spa, gorgeous grounds, lots to do, exceptional food. Nothing negative here

No tea making facilities in the room but that is scratching at straws.

Great breakfast, interesting program offerings like a hike, yoga, aqua sports. Wonderful view on the lake, nice wellness and spa offering and very lovely and carrying staff. It was a great stay

Usually there is always something which can be slightly better., but our stay left no wish open.

We were comfortable in our spacious room with a wonderful view of lake and mountains. It was quiet and private. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and always very helpful. Our room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Dinner and breakfast were excellent with extremely good buffets. We had good spa experience, the salt pool and the gardens are fabulous. Our dog was welcome and the hotel rules were clear and sensible. A very enjoyable stay and we hope to return.

Unfortunately we could not use the balcony sometimes due to smoke coming from another guest which came straight into our balcony and bedroom. It would be good to have kettle, tea and coffee facilities in the bedroom. Also we felt that to charge for a carafe of tap water in the dining room is just a little bit unfortunate.

GREAT service and pool/sauna amenties. Lake view units are amazing views

Could only get lake view for 2 nights (with upcharge)…the room from Booking.com was a special room with a view of the parking lot…
