Fantastic little apartment in the heart of Annecy. We enjoyed staying here, we particularly loved the outdoor terrace and the good kitchen facilities. Great communication throughout.

The location is fantastic although can be a little noisy over night.

Bus and Tram routes close to hotel, used as a base to explore Geneva. On checking in we were sent our transport cards via e-mail to allow us to use the public transport (zone 10) for free. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfy beds!

Tea and coffee facilities were provided but no milk. I purchased some milk and kept this in the fridge to use. Not really an issue, but as I am from the UK tea is a priority! Before arriving had a scam What's App message about payment being declined, which looked legitimate as it contained specific booking information. I called the hotel and was advised to ignore the message and report as spam, they were aware of an issue with bookings via booking.com. I didn't receive an e-mail or message from the hotel to say how my booking data was obtained or any information advising to ignore the message. If I hadn't had called, I wouldn't have known to ignore.

The hotel room was very large and we had plenty of space to spread out. There was also a mini fridge in the room and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and it was great that a Geneva travel pass was provided for free to get around the city and to/from the airport.

In Geneva there is a rule that the AC cannot come on until it reaches a certain temperature and even then they are only able to cool down the rooms by 5 degrees at most. It was a little warm in the room so we hoped to open the windows but there were many mosquitoes that then came into the room. The staff was able to help us out with providing a fan which helped cool the room down.

The hotel was located between a tram stop with three different routes and a bus stop, so was very easy to reach places in the city quickly. When we arrived we were given a free travel pass for the days we stayed to use on all modes of transport. This was unexpected and excellent! The staff were friendly and courteous. The late checkout was a real bonus as we could explore the city before checkout. The room (family suite floor 6) was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed.

Everything was perfect. We will definitely stay here if we visit Geneva again!

Everything about the room and the stay were great. The bed was really comfy, with an extra pillow provided. Had the best sleep of my trip. The blackout curtains were effective and even silenced the street noise. There were lots of electrical outlets in convenient places for charging devices. There was a fridge and pitcher for cold water. The bathroom was modern and very nice with a heated mirror and high quality hair dryer. The booking even came with city transit passes which came in really handy. The room came with a key for each guest which was a first for our Switzerland trip. And somehow this hotel was both the best and cheapest of our trip. Just fantastic

The WiFi was slow and not secured. I don’t love bar soap. And the fridge was slow to chill things. That’s about it, that’s all I can nitpick

Great location for airport & meal before I left. Needed a place to crash with an early morning flight; this was about 10 minutes both from bus station drop off & airport, which was convenient for travels. found a nice turkish restaurant a couple of minutes away to eat a late dinner. Easy check in and left for airport early (staff wasn’t at front desk when I left but left key and no issues.) room clean and large size - price was best for what I needed! Didn’t have a chance to explore geneva but also seemed like it would be a nice walk (30 mins) to waterfront sights I would have explored if I had more time!

Great hotel, very clean, location is close to the city centre. Staff always available and were extremely friendly. They even got our room ready early which we really appreciated.

The only issue we had was asking for the transport card that wasn’t given to us until one day before we left which was not helpful as we wanted the transport card for the trip from the airport. As we didn’t get this we ended up have to pay 40 franc to get to the hotel.

The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was excellent, my wife wished she could take the duvet with her when we left! Bathroom was modern and clean with high quality fixtures. Ease of access from Gare Cornavin station via tram was a big plus, the hotel was able to send our free Geneva transit card via email ahead of our arrival.

Our room was fine for a short stay when we didn’t unpack much, but could feel cramped for a longer stay. The elevators are also tiny if you’re travelling with 3+ people!

Our stay at NH Geneva City was really comfortable and we had a great great. The staff were lovely, even though at times there was a language barrier on both ends. Everyone was very polite, helpful and accommodating! Everyone was willing to help where they could. The location was great and easily accessible, we could go on many tram lines into the city and other parts of Geneva. Luka was incredible, he was very attentive and friendly, we truly made our stay even better than it was due to his professional and impeccable service! He was amazing and a pleasure to communicate with, we would go again just bc of him! Thank you

It was difficult to get dairy free milks requested. There were no other options readily available so we would wait a hour or more for it to be provided. Maybe due to the language barrier and certain staff who knew us not being available. It just seemed a struggle to ask for dairy free milk (due to allergens) provided. Although this was eventually resolved. Also there was fruit provided on the fitness area but the bananas and apples looked bruised or overly ripe

Comfortable, modern rooms, with good bathrooms. Easy access to airport, centre of Geneva and UN. Friendly, helpful staff. Room on street side was quieter than expected (although may be different on weekends). Number of restaurants in walking distance.

Receptionist on first night was not the most helpful or friendly. Other receptionists were great. Bar/breakfast area nice enough but nothing special.
