Large rooms, pleasantly decorated. Friendly and helpful staff. Nicely placed in regards to the Jardin Anglais with it’s flower clock. Close to the main shopping street. Easy to get to.

There wasn’t any air conditioning in the room, so it was sweltering hot in the room. They promptly addressed the problem the next day, by bringing a fan, but it was a shame for the first night. Check-out is also pretty early (11am) compared to other hotels that leave you until noon.

The hotel was a wonderful stay for myself and family. We had 3 rooms and they were decorated very stylishly and the location of the hotel was perfect ! The staff were so accommodating and I just need to rave the front desk as not only did they locate a misplaced wallet after my check out they also were very accommodating to a late check out as I had a work meeting run late. I would highly recommended it if you want to stay in a stylish hotel central location lovely staff as well as a great bar!

The only reason I am not giving them a 10 is there was no AC - which I wasn't aware about and could have been my fault - and the fans were not strong enough for the brutal heat this summer.

A brand new, just opened hotel in a historical building at the city center of Geneva. Good start to explore the city by foot. Large public parking is nearby. Rather small, but stylish and very clean rooms with nice design furniture. Very comfortable bed. Friendly and help staff. Very good breakfast.

First, it was difficult to find the hotel arriving by car as they still don't have any name shields on the door... There were no wardrobe in the room, not even simple hangers to hand the cloths

Bed was big and comfy, there is a small pantry area. Room size surprisingly very decent for Europe and has a nice decor ( same as the pictures). Cleaning happens daily. Very friendly staff, nice cafe downstairs, also there is a vintage cafe next door. The property is in downtown basically everything is walking distance.

It wasn’t a big issue for me but there was no AC in the room, it’s a historical building so they couldn’t install AC, they provide a Fan instead. The cafe is open all day but all day menu is very limited.

The location of the hotel was very good. It was close to restaurants, bars, sightseeing and shopping. Furthermore, the public transportation option were good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit small, but was perfect for a couple of nights: very clean, good amenities and great interior.

As we stayed there during summer, it was way too hot at night. There was luckily a small fan in the room, but we still needed to keep the windows open which resulted in noise at night.

The staff were great. Friendly, helpful, and attentive. The hotel has a nice boutique "air" and energy about it, and the location is fabulously close to the Jet d'Eau.

The majority of the rooms are very small and most importantly if you are visiting in the summer months, they have NO air conditioning. Only the rooms on the 5th floor have AC and this is very weak.

Stylish, modern, fresh, classy decor without being pretentious. Incredible location on Geneva’s old quarter. Quiet, beautiful night’s sleep in superb bed with fresh white linen and cosey pillows. Loved it.

The electrical sockets. Beautifully modern and look great, but takes a narrow travel adaptor to fit into the recessed sockets. Even the 2 options reception had didn’t fit to their surprise. Staff were great, super willing to assist. Modernity hey!

Beautiful hotel! Wonderful and super helpful staff. Great location in the middle of town, but still quiet. Very close to the lake and the old town. I would definitely stay there again. This hotel deserves a much higher review.

It would have been good to have a small fridge and coffee/tea facilities in the room.
