We loved everything about it! A comfortable, beautiful, spotless apartment in a superb location and the staff could not have been more helpful. They gave us some great recommendations for dinner nearby and were so friendly and welcoming. It is very centrally located so easy to walk to the lake and the old town, and also well connected by public transport- including an easy bus ride from the airport and a nice area called Carouge where we enjoyed Sunday brunch. I would definitely stay there again and hope to return. Soon!!

I couldn’t fault it really. We only had a small problem with the internet in our room being unreliable. Unfortunately it kept dropping the connection.

The location is ideal. The trams, buses and stores are a few feet away. The place is clean and uses good products in the kitchenette and bathroom. I especially want to thank Malik for all his help. He was able to arrange our taxi to the airport, recommend restaurants and answer any questions we had. This is a place I would definitely want to stay again.

There was a gentleman working Thursday morning who was rude, inattentive and bothered. I don't know why he was working the front desk if he didn't want to assist.

Everything was perfect, I could not have imagined a better experience. The staff, the room, the facilities, everything. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. In my room I especially loved the kitchen, it was very well equipped and spotless, as was entire apartment. Bed was cozy, lots of pillows. Bathroom and main room spacious. AC worked really well and was much needed. I loved having the gym and the laundry room. Bedroom very quiet, bathroom felt luxurious.

There was nothing that I did not like. I hope to stay again.

No Netflix or other apps despite the TV being “smart.” Housekeeping barged in at around 9am after a night out until 2am. Came in again not 30 minutes later. I absolutely hate my sleep being disturbed especially during holidays. Yes, there is a do-not-disturb sign, but there is also a keycard slot that indicates we are inside. Also they stuffed used tissues that were in the garbage bin into the toilet and did not flush but put the cover down. I’ve never seen behavior like that. Please retrain your housekeeping staff.

The location is in the middle of the old town near the main shopping area. It is 15-20 minutes walking to the Geneve main train station. Room is excellent and well maintained.

I requested for a late check-out but given 15 minutes only and refused to extend it to 30 minutes (The caucasian male receptionest destroyed my 10/10 experience with his behavior) No car parking spaces in the building and the nearest one is 7-10 minutes walk and it is for 69 CHF a day.

This is our 3rd trip to Geneva and this is also our 3rd time stayed in Fraser Suites Geneva , action speak it all, best in Geneva !

Fraser Suites Geneva serviced apartment come in all we need , little full equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare some early breakfast at 3-4 am since we are travel from Malaysia , little dinning area allowed us to order Uber eat and dine in during cold weather with baby around, free laundry equipments at 1st floor , the location is in the heart of Geneva town.

PAULINE & SYLIN on Front desk are a valuable asset for Fraser Suites. I had many questions and they always answered them with patience and a smile.SYLVAIN ( tech man)was also fantastic and helped me with my issues also with a permanent smile.

Staff was very friendly, very convenient location.

After paying quite an amount for the room, they said they could not replenish the teabags in the room when it was all used up. Hotel Policy can be tweaked.

The only complaint I have is that the washers and dryer’s were terrible. It took hours to wash one load of clothes. But on the other hand, it was nice that they offered it.

The location in the old part of the city was great and there were very good restaurants/shopping nearby. The suite was very well designed. Most outstanding was the staff who helped with bookings, currency, sightseeing and more. In 6 months of travel they stood out.
