The most amazing location, completely uninterrupted views of Grindelwald! Balcony room was everything you need. Having a coffee or wine on the balcony watching the view. Absolutely stunning. Will 100% recommend to friends. Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly! Great help with anything we needed! The extremely large groups of Chinese tourists definitely make life hard for staff and they have zero consideration for other guests. Any of the negative reviews on the property tend to be Asian guests, however the staff are amazing, location is great and it just seems those particular guests have no manners or consideration for others. If you get the chance, visit this place!!

The view from our room was amazing. The room was very spacious with a nice balcony and a tub. A small river was nearby. It was lovely to sit outside and listen to the flow of water. There was parking in front of the property. Helpful staff though they seemed like they needed extra help.

The bed was not comfortable. The place is a bit far from the train terminal but is served by a bus. 10 to 15 min walk though. The breakfast options were rather limited and not properly labelled. Most of the meats were pork, yet unlabelled. Some of the cutlery during breakfast did not look clean. No fridge in the room.

Great location, great view, comfy room.

I was there for Eiger Ultra Trail which starts beyond the standard breakfast hours. The receptionist promised to pack a take-away breakfadt bag for me as he said they couldn’t serve us earlier. Next morning, there was no take-away bag for me and I found out that breakfast was served fir runners, but I didn’t have time as I was expecting a take-away bag.

Great stay in Grindelwald. We got upgraded to a mountain view room with balcony. Everything was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom was dated and mattresses not the most comfortable. We had to take two buses to get to ski lifts (Terminal/Firstbahn).

Spent three nights of our honeymoon here and absolutely loved it! Got a free upgrade to a room with Eiger view since they had one available. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good and the location was good. 10-15 min walking from the train station, which is located in the city center. Grindelwald is located at the foot of wonderful mountains on all sides! Would stay at Eigerblick again!

The location was good, a little bit away from the center but we were on a motorbike so it was fine. Breakfast was also good and there was great view from the breakfast room window. The Indian staff at the hotel were very friendly and cooperative. Overall good value for money.

The possibility to store shoes and skis at the "Central Sport" shop at the bottom of the slopes. The clerk at the reception was also super friendly. I came early and was allowed to check in at 10am, and also got a free croissant!

The hotel staff was wonderful and very helpful. The hotel located max 10 minutes walk from the train station, and is up in the hill with stunning views. There's 10 minute walk to the town centre and it was easy access to all most popular viewpoints. Breakfast was great, everything you need. I would higly recommend and will surely come back.

everything was WOW abt the hotel and the view from hotel and breakfast was amazing with absolutely stunning view. room is clean, all the amenities are there. the Indian gentleman in the check in was super helpful and kind. u fell like home. not so from from train station maybe 10 mins by walk.
