The room view is fantastic with a spacious balcony. The spa and the kids' area are great. Also, the free parking and the location of this hotel are perfect.

Some of the staff at the reception were rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. I have asked for a portable fan for the apartment-two floors, givin the warm air, but she refused to provide two fans. Also, the welcoming was below average, and no one is available to assist you during check-in .

The view from my room was breathtaking. We could literally see the clouds in front of us from the balcony. Room furnishing was typical woody and gave a mountain/woods kind of feel, especially the duplex rooms. Housekeeping was good, and so was the breakfast. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helping. The bus stop was very near to the hotel, so commutation was not a problem. Good value for money. Would love to visit again.

Rating goes high to staff, who was very helpful and supportive, location, which was a bit away from the touristy busy spots in Interlaken, and views which were fantastic and breath taking. The hotel also has free on spot parking which made real difference and this is something rare in Swiss. The kids loved the playground area as well as the mini golf. It keeps them busy throughout the day.

Kitchen closets and drawers were locked and you can't use the kitchen amenities until you pay extra CHF 40. I don't see this wise and professional for a lovely hotel. Especially when you come in with family and have kids.

We booked a room with 2 levels, and as parents with 3 teenagers, we got good privacy since our bedroom was at the lower level. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a safe, big closets and comfortable balcony. The view from the room was absolutely amazing! The breakfast was excellent! Got everything we needed - vegetables, variety of cheese, desserts, and hot and soft drinks. Everything was fresh and tasty! The staff is taking care of the sitting once you arrive, taking your order of coffee and customized omelets with pleasant attitude. The view from the dining room is also to the lake and it increases the good experience. The service was excellent! We got answers for anything we needed, the staff is very nice and welcoming. The location is good, not far from Interlaken, fitted our needs for our daily trips. There are a lot of parking spaces, indoor and outdoor.

The drive from Interlaken takes about 19 minutes, up to the Beatenberg, and it has many curves. It didn't bother us that much, but I wouldn't do it when it's dark.

The check-in process at the hotel was very quick. The reception staff were very respectful, friendly, and always willing to help at any time. The breakfast was very good. The hotel view was very beautiful. There is a bus station that takes you to the center of Interlaken, with buses running approximately every hour, and the station is very close—only 100 meters from the hotel. The apartment size is excellent. The beds are comfortable.

The hotel is somewhat old. The road to the hotel by car is a bit difficult due to the uphill route. The balcony needs cleaning. There is no soundproofing (this was the biggest issue I faced). There is no air conditioning (though the weather was pleasant, so I didn’t need it). There is no supermarket near the hotel.

incredible location, comfortable clean room. Breakfast is tasty and varied. Very friendly staff. They prepared children's cosmetics for my child and presented a teddy bear at the reception, which is very sweet.

the free parking near the hotel is very small, it is not enough for all guests, and the covered parking is paid, so be prepared that you will not have a choice and will be forced to buy a parking space or simply will not have a place to park your car

Breathtaking view from both rooms and the terrace. It was absolutely magnificent. The apartment was big and comfortable. The staff in the restaurant was very polite and welcoming.

We liked everything except for the cleanliness. There were two brown stains on the toilet seat and when we checked in the room service had already ended. Luckily, we had disinfectant with us but this was a big turn off at the start. Additionally, there was a pile of nails on the terrace that the cleaning staff had missed as well, and all this gave us mixed feelings about the overall hygiene. Otherwise, everything else was amazing.

We had a family room on the ground floor, with an incredible view. Good family room. Exceptionally good breakfast, seriously nice! Very very helpful staff also. Good facilities for a family with pool and multiple sauna areas. Great overall experience. The location of the hotel is truly something special. We would love to return again. Good public transport on the hotel doorstep, very convenient. Good parking also on hotels premises.

Cleanliness could've been slightly better in our room, it wasn't bad but definitely room for improvement here and there in places. But that's just being little bit picky

The hotel is located in the mountains so the ride there is really beautiful. The reception and other staff members were polite and gave an additional information what to visit. The view from the room was just magnificent. The breakfast was very tasty. We went to the restaurant as well and the overall experience was really amazing. It smelled so good in the saunas, really herbal.

We liked most of the things. Only thing what I did not understand no swimsuit policy at the sauna. It is not logical. It is written that people have to been in the towels, but I saw multiple people naked ignoring the rule (made me uncomfortable). Why not let the people wear the swimsuits?! The pool temperature should be little bit warmer.

View is awesome. Quite place for families vacation with good facilities such indoor swimming, gym room kids room etc. even though I do not used it. Breakfast is also good. Friendly hotel staff.

Room is on the upper floor which cause difficulty in bringing up our heavy luggage to the room. Bathroom door is very translucent. Not suitable for families stay or group of friends. A shower room is more preferable rather than a bathtub. Prefer a more lighted up dining and living hall area. Public transport interval waiting is too long. There is no shelter at the bus stop. Have to pay for the utensil if we were to use the kitchen facilities.
