it is near the town center and very clean and quiet

we have to pay 10 chf for leaving our luggages which in most of hotels that I stayed in it is for free for the guests but other than that our stay is amazing

This is a gem of a hotel situated right next to the Lucerne Old Bridge and 5 minutes walk from the Lucerne main station. The room was very comfortable and was quite big considering the size of rooms in Switzerland generally. Would definitely recommend as it is super value for money as well.

Excellent quiet central location not far from station. Very friendly and responsive staff ( danke Lars and Jacqueline😊). Tourist info provided and very useful.Extra requests for early/late checkout kindly granted and I had a very pleasant stay. Really comfortable bed and clean room. Great heating. Super internet. Handy elevator. Compact toilet/ shower,(luckily I’m petite😉) , but good shower pressure. Bonus: chocolate Easter eggs at Reception desk! 😉

I asked for a kettle, which was kindly provided, but no standard tea/ coffee making facilities in room, which is usual at home.( Coffee machine with coins available in lobby though) No fridge. Otherwise, a lovely place to stay! 🌼

Helpful staff. Spacious room and bathroom. Large comfortable bed. Good location with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

No restaurant or breakfast available. Water left in room cost 5 Swiss francs so cheaper to buy outside. Tea and coffee facilities in room would be good

Was able to store bags free of charge before checking in. Was able to check into the room before the 4pm check in time once the room was ready. Simple, spacious, clean room with comfortable beds and good towels. Shower was good but a decent step into the bathtub - with shower curtain. Windows opened for fresh air. Brilliant location, near restaurants and popular sights with an easy walk from the train station. Lift to the third floor with our luggage was welcome.

5 euro for a small bottle of Evian was cheeky, especially considering how expensive we found everything in Lucerne but we went to the Co-op instead. Shutters were down in the morning so it was a bit hard to pack up in the morning with limited light.

The male staff is super efficient, helpful and friendly. He only works during the day and speaks very fluent Mandarin

The room was a good size. It was clean and had a lovely big terrace. It was not on the street so was very quiet at night, the beds were very comfy and the staff friendly. Also good location to the old town.

It was not clear in the booking that the luggage storage was at an extra cost (10CHF). Ended up just leaving my things at the train station as although you also have to pay for that, it is at least in a more convenient location. There were very few plug outlets (only 2 above the desk, but when there are 2 fans, the only place to charge your phone / laptop etc is in the bathroom... The room was also very stuffy so had to open all the windows / doors as early as possible to let in some cool air.

The location was great, the staff was nice. We were in a super nice from with a large terrasse with a view in the pool and jacuzzi. Was lovely.

Just a little bad surprise at the end when we discovered we had to pay a little fee for them to keep our luggage after the checkout. It is quite rare to have to pay for this service.

The staff when we checked in were very friendly and helpful. They provided us with transport tickets for the city centre as well as a map and some suggestions.

At check in, we had asked could we check out at 10:30am instead of 10am, as we were attending a wedding the night before and knew we would be back late. The staff at check in said that would be fine and that they would leave a note to let the morning staff know. In the morning, we were almost ready to leave when the desk staff rang and asked why we hadn't checked out at ten on the dot, while the cleaner started banging on the door. They were not aware we had asked to (and had been told we could) check out at 10:30am. We are aware they need to do their job and of course hurried to leave, but this miscommunication added a bit of stress and wasn't explained very politely.

Super location. Nice vibe with sitting areas, and typical architecture. The single room was essential but spacious and comfortable. Staff were super nice - willing to stay after hours in case my evening train arrived late, and super helpful when looking to get some tea / coffee in the room. Appreciate you going above and beyond!

Not really a problem, but worth noting the tiny bathroom (actually a good idea to give more space to the room). Perhaps a water boiler in the room could be helpful.
