I stayed in the garden room which was quite simple but lovely, with private access to a beautiful green garden with several places to sit. Though the B&B is in the middle of the old town, the room was blissfully quiet, even when the garden doors and windows were open. Room had a small fridge, kettle with tea/coffee, and plates and cutlery for 2, plus a small table and 2 chairs - so one could easily bring in food and be able to eat in comfort. The staff were super-friendly and helpful, and I'd definitely stay again if the opportunity arises. BTW, the cheesecake in their cafe is heavenly!

Potential guests might like to be aware that other than the small cafe which is part of the B&B, there's not a reception or lobby area. The staff leave the premises by 19h00, but take great care to ensure guests understand how to access the rooms after hours. This arrangement worked fine for me, but it may not suit every traveller's preference.

Excellent location on a beautiful street filled with cafes and restaurants. On the other side of the building it is peaceful with lots of trees. I wasn’t expecting a fridge in the room, or a kettle with coffee and tea. This was wonderful. The place was clean and everyone was friendly. This is probably the best place I have ever stayed at. Thank you!

Emma’s was right on the tree-lined square with lots of outdoor restaurants. Wonderful location! The room was clean, large, and comfortable. It had a back door to the garden. We sat together there in the evenings, had a little wine, and listened to a good audible book. Very pleasant. Can’t comment on the rooms above us, but our ground level room was fairly cool.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for the holiday, but the menu looked great. Building was old, but bedrooms and bathrooms were up to date. Nice location in the heart of Winterthur.

They were very friendly and accommodating, even helping me find a better parking situation. Excellent location for work at the university and nice to be in the center of town. Rooms were large and the bed was comfortable.

Decent location, great surroundings with restaurants that you can hang out. The room is big and clean, there's nothing we can complain. Staffs are kind, with patience, and approachable.

The hotel Room Washington very clean and the room was very comfortable. I love that there is coffee and tea in the room.

The fridge was not working, I try to put it on but without sucess.

The room was spacious and there was a hot water kettle with tea and coffee.

There was no a/c. There was no notification that the ceiling was a shaped and my husband is quite tall.

The location in the old town was perfect, the room clean and modern but traditional at the same time. Teas and coffee making facilities always appreciated. A fridge in the room also a nice touch. Very good shower..

No problems at all with the accomodation or staff. Narrow staircase to rooms might give accessibility issues but there was a ground floor room
