A step up from economy and very small room, but it was perfect for what we needed. We were arriving in the city after flying from the US, and needed a quick shower before meeting family for the evening. We were departing early the following morning. The beds were comfortable with soft linens, and the bathroom was functional and very clean. The breakfast included was excellent - many of our traditional Swiss favorites. The value for the room and experience was also excellent.

There was nothing we would change. We knew what we needed, the hotel description and photos were accurate, and we were very pleased with this stay.

The location was perfect for the railway station and the city of Winterthur. Our room was quiet and clean, and the bathroom was ideal. Breakfast had a good selection of items and staff were helpful. A late check-out of 12 was also really great for us!

Tea making facilities in the room would have been useful. The mattresses are quite thin, but fine for a couple of nights stay.

what I like about Ibis is that you always know what you're getting for the (low) price. Very, very small room, but clean and modern, friendly staff, good essential breakfast and decent position. Not ideal for a long stay maybe, but for a few days it's perfect.

Not really a negative, but just for info: Parking is 8 chf a day, not unusual but good to know, I missed that information when I booked.

Shuhrat at the reception desk was exceptionally careful about our comfort. She cares genuinely about customer well being. Thanks a lot.

that just normal cars parked on the parking lot for people with physical handicap, this is just not acceptable!

There are restaurants nearby and this property is on main street. Good bus connectivity from central station. There is a small garden nearby.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and checkin was stress free. As I had issue with car they went out of the way to assist.

Very nice modern clean hotel. Good location at walking distance from the train station.
