Good bathroom with an excellent shower. Good location on the edge of the old town. Very helpful management. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room were good and the management topped up our supply of tea etc. on request during the day with generous handfuls of tea, sugar and cream. We felt content in our room.

Another chair would have been nice (two people need two chairs). The bedstead does not make for very comfortable sitting up in bed. More pillows would sort this, but is not an environmental friendly solution

The rooms were really comfortable with plenty of space, I particularly liked how they incorporated a desk, and how my suitcase fit neatly in the wardrobe. The nespresso machine was a nice touch. Excellent location, right nearby to restaurants / cafes / bars.

Aircon would have made this a 10/10 - it was quite warm in the room. But there were big windows that I could open and also a fan, so it was manageable.

Limited staff on site, but when the staff where there they were really helpful. A little confusion as to the times of breakfast, but we always managed to get breakfast. One of the mornings we received breakfast at our door. Lovely breakfast but maybe the option for something warms apart from eggs would be an idea.

It was a very clean and comfortable hotel to stay in. The location was ideal for looking around town, and was close to the railway station. The bed was really comfortable and a nice size. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The blinds in the bedroom didn’t fully close, so sleep was a bit bothered by the lights of motion detector of neighbors house…

Its at a good location with foods and other shops everywhere, and the train station is about 10 mins walk away. The room is very comfortable too. Room service was perfect.

Everything was great, comfy and all popular attractions are within walking distance because of the location. The rooms are huge + they have all necessary appliances (e.g. an iron).

I wish I understood better that the rooms are not air conditioned. Summers in Winterthur are trully sizzling, and you will feel it in your room. Especially if it is on higher floors.

there could be something for drinks and snacks outside reception hours like a vending machine. There is a fridge at the reception which is locked when reception is shut

The room was noisy from the traffic. If you closed the windows no noise but then too hot.

Excellent really very relaxing reliving staying , the location was good and all the facilities were great i just have one note about the coffee machine in my room wasn’t working. so i really recommend it to all 🌸
