The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was generous. The view was beautiful. The room was spacious and clean. The parking was underground for 28 franks/ day.

It is a bit far from the center. Takes around 10-15 minutes walking. There is a tram station that can take you everywhere . Ticket price was 8.50 franks / 24 hrs. The hotel can provide you with the ticket as well. At the checkout , make sure you double check the bill because there might be additional charges of things that shouldn’t be charged on you.

We stayed for 5 nights and breakfast was great, very fresh, and not too much or too little. But some days they missed sending the correct items. For e.g., we asked for 1 gluten-free bread and 1 regular bread basket, and also a cheese platter for vegetarians (no ham, etc.). Then 2 of 5 days they sent us without gluten-free bread and cheese platter with ham etc. Other than that, it was great.

The bed is very noisy, because of the goose downs. The shower spray is simply very weak and it takes time to adjust the temperature to the correct one. Shower-curtain has a bit of a smell, but it is functional (no water drips/leaks from it as the usual shower area with curtain (we prefer the glass one). The sink in the bathroom is very flat and the water splashed a lot when we washed our face etc.

Spacious and very comfortable bed. The room has a small toilet in addition to the bathroom. This is very helpful when you are traveling with children. Location is central and accessible with tram stop right in front of the hotel. Breakfast is served in the room, which was really nice.

Everything was great. The only thing that put me off is that the menu for breakfast had options for different styles for egg (omelette, boiled, etc) but that was for extra charge! Just add 10 more Euros to the room and make it complementary for no charge.

Great space, Great view & location. easily accessible by tram and easy to travel to and fro airport. accommodated luggage storage which made travelling around Switzerland much easier.

washer dryer does not have a good drying function so needed to go to the laundromat to get out clothes dried out in time. there is also an additional charge for use of the kitchenette - my first time encountering this separate charge having stayed in many apartments previous but never in European countries, perhaps it is the norm for Europe.

very clean. excellent AC. staff are so nice and cooperative, sofa bed was already prepared to be used for sleeping when we checked in. we booked a one bedroom executive suite twice . The suite in the 2nd fllor level was bigger, however, the suite in the 7th floor had more convenient sofa bed. breakfast was excellent (served in the room). vriety of cheese, cold cuts, coffee, fresh juice, jam, cereals, oats, and eggs.

location is 15 min by walking away from the cenetr. the tram station is just around the corner anyway.

Breakfast was excellent. But if you elect for breakfast then you have to pay extra for the kitchen. I found this strange since we at times wanted to cook gluten free meals for my daughter Room was great and clean Location is safe and is 15 min walk to downtown

Even though we had a small issue with our original room, the manager Marie was very helpful and gave us a different room the next day. She managed the situation professionally and was great to deal with.

Delivered breakfast was a treat since we just landed from the states and had not gotten completely acclimated yet. Location was pretty good, location to the river was good as well. The space is large and very accommodating. I think it was overpriced, but I guess it is the norm in Zurich?

Although the staff were friendly and accommodating it felt a little distant. Not a warm and fuzzy feeling but very professional. Not a lot in walking distance unless you don't mind walking!

The room and breakfast was exceptional. The location was quiet but convenient. The comfiness of beds, the pillow and blankets. They had our daughters’ beds layed out very nicely. The space was generous among us four. We were quite exhausted upon arrival. A great night sleep was a big plus.

the electricity in our room was not working upon arrival. They did get it fixed eventually. That should have got checked before guests’ arrival.

Awesome rooms - clean, spacious with comfortable beds. Hotel is in good location, with a few eateries near by and ease of access to the train station for movement around to city centre and lake beach. The breakfast is good however they could vary it for guest staying for 2 or more days to avoid monotony for the same things every day.

No complimentary visitors travel voucher for the buses and trams in Zurich as compared to other hotels. Hotel management should consider providing this to all guests especially international travelers. No complimentary water provided for every day use apart from 1 bottle that given on arrival. It would be good for the hotel to consider providing clients with bottles of water daily for the duration of the entire stay.

Just close enough to the city but away from the noise. 15 min walk to lake. Very clean, having access to the kitchen was useful.

The shower head position was a bit off so water got out of shower and on floor in some cases. The a/c stopped working our last night but then work the next morning. The staff provided us with two fans to help us sleep that night during a very warm season.
