The Hostel is great for a city as Zurich. 1. Located in a good neighborhood - not really central, but about 1h walking from the train station, or, alternatively, 10 minutes by train. 2. Very good price considering that delicious breakfast is included. 3. Comfortable and very large, full of different options to spend the time around.

Bathrooms could be cleaner and smelling better.

Comfortable bed, good breakfast. I got great help when I discovered a bedbug in my room. The team was absolutely amazing at taking measures and they moved me to a new room and helped me clean my clothes, they put my luggage in the freezer, and gave me new clothes to sleep in.

+ staff were so helpful and friendly. + the dorm was great. There’s like 2 rooms. First one you enter has 2 sinks and lockers, the second room has the beds. Never saw this before but means noise is kept to a minimum as packing and unpacking is not done where you’re sleeping. + breakfast was included for free - was great to have the bread, cereal, hams and cheeses. Made me full enough to have a very light lunch. + plug sockets and lights next to each bed + shower room had lots of space where you could put clothes to hang and big enough shelf for toiletries - small things like that makes it worthwhile

- the location is pretty bad. To get into centre of town there is a tram or a train about 10 minute walk away and then from there the journey takes another 10 minutes from there. - no kitchen which I should have researched before. They do offer a paid dinner which I’m sure you’ll get a message about it. It looks huge. - not really a negative but the hostel is huge. It’s one of those places that can cater to school trips. Lots of spaces to chill downstairs and they even had big screen TV to watch Euro 2024 games! - you will need 2 franc coin for lockers (really nice and big

The hostel is so much more impressive on the inside than the outside 🤩. The atmosphere inside is lovely and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful for such a busy environment. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection on offer. We stayed in a twin room that had 4 beds, 2 singles and a double. Good facilities in the room with shower gel, hand soap and towels provided which is great for a hostel.

No extractor fan in the bathroom, so in hot weather the heat is too much. The stairs up to the top bed bunk is a bit dangerous 🤣🤣🤣 but it's not like you 'have' to go up there. Everything else was great.

It's a hostel so there are a lot of people who travel alone or share a room with others to go a bit more economical. It's not the best environment for quietness, non-strangeness, greatest of experiences. Having this said, the hostel was very clean, good value for money (considering Switzerland...), great breakfast (considering the money paid). They went very generous and provided the sheets in the paid price (many other hostels don't). Appart of that, as I said, it's not hotel and private room - room colleagues come in, unpack, turn on their flash light, etc. But people were nice, smiled. Overall a good experience.

The breakfast and price are two highlights of the hostel. Reception is 24 hour, so dont need to worry about flight being delayed. You can find different kinds of city tickets sold at reception, very convenient.

Actually you can hardly ask for more with this price. But I hope if possible they can extend the time of check-out a little bit.10 am is early for me, 10: 30 am or 11:00 are better. There are only 3 shower rooms for entire 5 floor (7 rooms, 6 people per room on average). Get a position at peak time in morning could be hard. Towel and shampoo are not offered. If you need to rent a towel, you have to pay 10 CHF(3 for rent, 7 for deposit) and pledge one of your ID proves. And wish everyone is lucky enough to meet their ideal roommates.

Helpful and nice staff. I arrived way before check in time and they let me use the showers and settle in anyway. They also answered all my questions. Very clean and spacious bathrooms and shower rooms. Handy lockers and a sink in the room. Good internet connection. Good breakfast!

Rooms were nice but kind of small and stuffy and not much space for four people. No curtains on bed for privacy. Quite far from central and the main station. It was about 50 mins walk. A little daunting at night as a solo female traveler. But it is well connected by public transport. If you arrive to Zürich by train I advice to stop at Wollishofen station which is just 10 mins away.

location is bit up on hill and there is no transport from the station up to the hotel. It is not extremely bad like Zermatt hostel. I requested to keep my bed on the lower bed due to my back and knee issues. Sadly, it was not kept. The bed was numbered. It was not too hard to keep the request. Interlaken youth hostel kept my request. Luckily, one volunteered to go to top bunk. Otherwise, whole night I had to sit on sofa on the ground floor.

Location, it is about 15min from downtown, but very accessible by tram, bus and train
