The Hostel is great for a city as Zurich. 1. Located in a good neighborhood - not really central, but about 1h walking from the train station, or, alternatively, 10 minutes by train. 2. Very good price considering that delicious breakfast is included. 3. Comfortable and very large, full of different options to spend the time around.

Comfortable bed, good breakfast. I got great help when I discovered a bedbug in my room. The team was absolutely amazing at taking measures and they moved me to a new room and helped me clean my clothes, they put my luggage in the freezer, and gave me new clothes to sleep in.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The community place was spacious, comfortable with good atmosphere. Moreover, there was a lot of bus stops (with ticket machine at every stop) and supermarkets so it's very convenient. Although there were a lot of slopes, the road was made of cement so walking is not a big issue.

The train station and tram stop is not too far, but we have to walk on slopes so it's a little inconvenient when travelling with heavy suitcases. The bathroom and WC has automatic lights, but it turns off if you're in the toilet too long.

Great location, friendly & helpful staff, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, clean showers & toilets, plenty of room in shared facilities, great breakfast, etc. Not a party hostel (if that's what you're looking for) but nice and quiet. It was easy to meet new people. You can also get great food and drinks at the bar/kitchen and they are reasonably priced for Zürich. The reception can also exchange money, in case you don't have any CHF yet. You will need 2 CHF as a deposit for your locker (you'll get it back); no need to bring a padlock for the locker. Shops, restaurants, and public transport in short walking distance. All up, a great place. I will visit again.

The hostel was reasonably clean and well-kept. The staff was friendly and competent and the 24/7 availability of the reception definitely helps to feel at ease that any complications could be taken care of at any time of day. The breakfast was also nice and had a decent selection to choose from, accommodating different needs.

The only thing that felt somewhat unfortunate was the way some staff were "selling" for example the fact that we could have breakfast as if it were offered for free to us. We paid for it, and as such, we expect to have breakfast. A detail in the bigger picture but it did make us feel somewhat odd.

Breakfast is great here and the room is big and comfortable. It has a parking lot which makes it convenient if you drive to Zurich, you can stop worrying about parking and start enjoying this wonderful city. Drinking water from public fountains are all over the city, so don't buy bottled water, just fill up your own.

Location is a bit far away from the main attractions, but public transport is easily accessible and you can always walk and enjoy the nice Swiss neighbourhoods, so it's not a really problem (it goes without saying that Switzerland is a very safe country, so you can walk anywhere anytime without worries).

I really enjoyed the breakfast. Especially the experience how it was set up. When I arrived guests were queueing and waiting for their turns. It's gone really quickly. Also, there were a variety of choice. Cleanliness: all the places I was at the hostel I found them clean. Room: I liked the friendly and chatty guests surely. I also liked the separated front room with the luggage lockers. However, instead of using a locker there was a Swiss coin operated locker which made it a bit complicated to use it because I did not have any Swiss coins with me. I used my international bank card everywhere in Switzerland. We resolved this issue and the friendly staff members offered that I can exchange euro coins to Swiss coins or bring my stuff down to the reception and keep them safe with them. I agreed to the second option.

STAFF - I liked them because they were friendly and funny plus they offer you advice and help also.. HOSPITALITY in the first place HOSTEL - it's good for people who'd like to meet new people across the world any age and learn something new.. overall it's a great safe place LOCATION - it's not so far from the city center and I loved that we didn't have to travel for a long time to get there.. it's just few corners away FOOD - I loved that the breakfast was included for us to start a day to explore the place LUGGAGE - even tho the check in was at 15:00.. we could leave a luggage in the locker room without waiting if we came early and that was realiving for us to not walk around the city with the luggage.. Good experience.. I recommend ✨️

As all things Swiss, this hostel is clean, efficient and well run. The staff are friendly and help and the free breakfast is really very good. There’s no self catering option, but the lunch/dinner options are excellent, too. It’s a short walk from the #7 tram into the city and is easy to access.

My dorm bunk had a problem with the recharging point but the staff reacted quickly to say they’d fix that. I believe them. And my bunk had a wooden shutter for the opening window which, unfortunately, wasn’t able to be closed and hung over my bunk. Inevitably, once or twice a night I turned over, caught my arm on it and a loud, wooden bang resonated through the room.
