When the environment is quiet, the vibe of the hotel is nice and relaxing. It's overall better than my expectations as a new hotel. Hotel room is big. Close to the shops and lake is in walking distance for few minutes.

It's too nosey sometimes in restaurants. The staff are too busy to take care of customers and clean the table properly. The first impression for two restaurants is nice, but the experience is decending as time gets longer inside. The public spring area is small, and some customers jump into the water without taking a bath in advance.

There is a wide variety of choices for breakfast. The hotel staff are very friendly. The hotel was modern, new and classy.

The staff are lack of experiences in lots of situations. Firstly, when checking, the staff was panicked because he couldn't find my check-in paper documents. Secondly, during breakfast, I asked what sort of bread it is and if it could be heated? The staff was nice but unfortunately they couldn't give me an answer. During my stay, all staff I came across seemed to be newly trained.

Big bed, clean

The shower is not reacheable as it is situated at the middle of onsen bath tub. My parents are over 80 and the front desk should be more considerate when assigning the room with this type of bathroom setting as it is not suitable for elderly and can be dangerous. They need to climb and step in the onsen bath tub to reach for the shower head. We complaint about this matter and appreciate the hotel staff allowed my parents to move into another room.

Location is great right next near the Ita Thao pier and old street. Easy parking and good spa facilities. Hotel is really new and clean

Due to the site, the hotel rooms are unable to really get a lake view. Family room was sold as lake view but it’s more a side view of the lake but as the lake is all around, you don’t really need to see the lake in your room

Friendly and supportive staff. Perfect clean room with large bathroom and great lake view. Localized at the main street, very close to the pier, walking distance from cable car. In other words, perfect spot for a few days trip to SML. Plus, daily shuttle to Taizhong HSR station

Exceptional. Was abit pricey to add it on- I hadn’t realized my joking didn’t include breakfast

I hadn’t been informed of the free shuttle in- so traveling in the typhoon I could access a bus and was forced to book a really expensive Uber out to the hotel from the THSR

Spacious room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Awesome bathroom.

Lack of conditioner in the spa area on the 5th floor.

everything was amazing! they even provide a free shuttle bus from HSR station Taichung and back.

For the price breakfast wasn’t included and so find it a bit shortchanged.

Breakfast is a little bit disappointing
