That after my leaving as I extended for another day, I payed and 15 hrs later I got e mails I haven't payed. I payed in front of witnesses another 71000 tan shillings, they not even wanted to check the cats. I payed when I gave my laundry. That'd not nice to accuses me I always payed. I just didn't had time as I was in zanzibar yo return with tourist police. All e mails went trough booking.com.

The hotel locates near the ferry station, where it takes <10 minutes of taxi to go to. Shopping malls, restaurants, kiosks are accessible within walking distance. The highlight is their service - I left my phone charger in the room, and went to Zanzibar. The receptionist is very responsive and helped me find a kind guest also going to Zanzibar to bring me the charger. Thanks a lot to him, I highlight recommend this hotel!

very good, Wonderful service

Zimbo Golden Hotel is a nice place to stay, I met and stayed there with many people of different nationalities. With a good restaurant, good breakfast and clean rooms, good stuff,... I recommend you that hotel for your stay.

However sometimes the restaurant was a bit noisier and plenty of people to watch TV when national soccers were on the program. So during those evenings eating from the restaurant was a little mess.

I liked the room and the breakfast. The timeliness and courteous habit of the restaurant staff. A particular staff was exceptional.

The policy of full payment for late check out. Perhaps a pro rated policy will do as flight times vary significantly.

it’s within Business District and convenient

The parking spot was supposedly to be free and private, but that’s not the case, it’s a public car park and we have to pay the municipal staff every morning.

Rooms were very clean, although slight issues with the showers 🚿 slow flow.

Restaurant service was some what very very slow "polei polei" but would suggest you order your food at one and a half hour before going into the restaurant 😀

The bed was very comfortable, warm shower👍🏿, nice food 😋... internet very good.

The room was closer to the streets which was quite noisy, may be a room on higher floor would do next time

The hotel was nice. Staff were very helpful especially Adella. She was ready to help with anything needed.

There was no elevator in the hotel and the location is also in a very rowdy area.

the room was spacious, comfortable and clean, the wifi worked fine, food was ok.

we had no hot water to take a shower, the A/C wouldn't stop working even when we switched it off, it was a little bit difficult to communicate with some of the staff due to the language barrier.
