awesome selection of pools! Great access to the beach. Clean quiet beach. Great small town field with awesome choices of restaurants within walking distance. Very good value for money.

The staff really need to improve their English. They did not understand the most basic questions. It took me three tries to order a pillow and bed sheet to the room. And they still got it wrong by bringing a pillow and a blanket. Garbage could be picked up every day. The same garbage was around the children’s pool for two full days.

We liked the location, the nice view on the lagoon and the kids loved the kid's pool. The Taonga bar with the swings and the nice mocktails were also wonderful. The room was spacious enough for our family. Just outside the hotel there's some nice restaurants ans shops and cheap laundry service, so you don't need to take too much with you. The breakfast provides options for everyone. The shuttle to Khao Lak center or Bang niang market was a good service twice a day.

Don't eat at the hotel Restaurant, the prices are ridiculous and very little vegetarian options. We liked the beach restaurant just a 5 minute walk (Pass Merlin Hotel) "Nana on the beach". We missed a hook for the handtowel in the bathroom and a rack in the balcony for the hanging swim clothes and towels.

This place is a really nice beachfront resort. The staff was extremely polite, kind and helpful with good English. I was not happy with the room on the ground floor, so they gave me a room on the 3rd floor with a nice balcony and view on the sea. Breakfast was just excellent with different variety of food, bakery, salad, sweets and drinks. The room is enough big and comfy with really comfy beds. Thank you so much krub!

The AC tool outside the room next to the window was quite noisy. I was complaining about it, and next morning the Maintenance staff fixed it. However, these ACs are quite old and should be replaced. Also, the water in the pool (with turtle fountains) was not so clean, due to high number of guests and kids using it daily, its water should be changed frequently every day. Hourly price for surfing in the pool is quite expensive.

Breakfast was good but for some reason no Bacon! good buffet otherwise.Great grounds and its on the beach. Good beachside restaurant to enjoy food or a drink and watch the sun go down. Although the hotel was full, the facilities never seemed overcrowded. Just 1 hour from Phuket airport and so much quieter and peaceful than the hassle in Phuket. Lots of small restaurants just outside the hotel .

A warning for those who don't like stairs, it's up to reception then down ( they have golf carts to take you to your room). Then breakfast is up again and no lifts.

The hotel is perfect for a quit vacation. In the hotel's street there are some restaurants, shops and pharmacies. They work until very late at night. The room was very nice, access to one of the pools. Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the room and the facilities but not enough. That's a good reason to come back again soon!

During breakfast there were many people, many people crushed one on each other, there was no place to sit. We had to come very early to get a nice and quit breakfast.

It's a very nice hotel in a perfect location in Khao Lak. We had 2 beach front villas by the pool. The villas are very comfortable and the view is fantastic. Great value for money. The staff is attentive and proffesional. Just outside the hotel there are shops, restaurants, bars, travel agencies and massages. We had a late flight back home so they let us check out at 8pm without extra payment!! We are very much appriciate it and will come back for sure.

The hotel is not fully recovered yet after COVID. Some maintenance is needed. Pools not very clean. When we got there it was empty, dark and gloomy, but the next day they started to fix up the place and by the weekend the hotel was full and alive. The food in the restaurant is not very good and the selection is limited.

The location of our Villa was perfect. Right next door to the bar. A short walk to the restaurant, and you could throw a stone to the beach we were that close. The whole resort was magnificent.

We loved everything about this resort. Perfect location. Excellent food at the restaurant and also fabulous restaurants just a very short walk to the front and up the street.

We loved our villa with our own private pool! The breakfast was incredible. We had to call the front desk a few times, and they were very quick to respond. Everyone was courteous and very professional.

Perfect with kids. Outdoor pool with slides and indoor play area, good for the midday heat. It was not crowded at all (probably due to Corona). Breakfast was lovely and directly on the beach. Rooms are big, cozy and clean. Stuff was super friendly. Shops, restaurants and massages are directly in front of the resort.
