We stayed in a room with garden view which had a nice view of the palm trees, had a decent size and was cleaned everyday. These rooms are near the pools and the breakfast area and more closer to the beach. The rooms with direct access to the pool (another pool) are vis-a-vis (across a small road) from the main hotel. The hotel is right on the beach which is very nice, quiet and relaxing. We had massages right next to the beach area which was amazing. Within 3min walk there are supermarkets, restaurants and places to rent scooters or take taxis, which is more then convinient. (Try Mali restaurant and go to Coconut beach/White sandy beach). The breakfast was diverse and the food was really ok, The overall value for money is really worth it.

The furniture is outdated and needs maintainance. The cleaning can be improved a bit (doors and windows). The matress is a bit hard but it wasn't a problem for us.

A warm welcome when you arrive but changes when you leave,asked if a room was available for late checkout even offered to pay was told all booked up even though they were still available on booking.com were told we could use shower in gym which you had to book a time slot for The water was freezing cold in shower and the room was red hot no aircon or fans we had beach front room no hot water in sink bathroom in need of a refurb and the big stone bath needs to go Hotel looking tatty now

The room we had an awesome view of the pool and could also see the beach. The beach is gorgeous. Breakfast had many choices and they would swap items from day to day. WIFI was generally very good, we had one time it kept disconnecting so called reception and it was fixed extremely promptly. Would definitely recommend getting a massage from their onsite person in the hut by the beach! Absolutely worthwhile, relaxing and just bliss. Staff were fantastic - nothing was an issue, always friendly and accommodating. Resort is extremely peaceful, and it a great location. Close to the main street in that area which makes it easy to many restaurants, supermarkets, tour bookings, taxis and other services etc.

Unfortunately the beach wasn't very swimmable based on strong currents. However this is not anything caused by the resort.

The hotel was very clean, staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The rooms were big and clean, fresh towels and bed sheets every day. complimentary still water, tea & coffee. The beach view from the balcony was stunning, direct access to the private pool was very convenient. I would recommend this hotel.

The wi-fi connection in the beach view room was very poor, but in the pool access room was very good.

Location, it was our second stay in this hotel and we will be back. We had a pool access room which we loved the only thing is there are only a few rooms that have steps to access the pool which can make it difficult to get in and out of it.

Briza is located in the Southern stretch Khao Lak separated from the main drag by a National park. Walking distance to many restaurants shops and bars, 15 min taxi ride 300 Baht to the Biang Nang Markets. Scooters were on hire approx 200 Baht/day. It’s separation was a good thing located on a spectacular bay

I booked a beach view room which lead straight onto the beach. Room was a good size and was spotlessly clean. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was excellent value for money.

Breakfast was a little limited on selection but this was due to very low number of guests, so this was understandable to save on wasted food.

Great location for beach walking, go right to river mouth with granite rapids, go left for delicious food and drinks at Nanas on the beach. Hire a scooter and swim under waterfall....so worth the effort 😁

The buildings and pools are aging but still ok.

Third time we’ve stayed here and still very good. You can book many different rooms, we prefer always room with pool view. Big room. Swimmingpool large, different pool for kids. Between villas another pool. Beach very close but big waves. Sunbathing perfect here. Good breakfast, but at this time more Asian style. Not many western tourists.

Not important for me, but swimming in the sea not recommended.
