Everything was perfect here, we our first two nights travelling and it was a wonderful start. Rooms spotless, pool & lesuire area spotless, lovely cocktails on the rooftop bar and reasonably priced. If you are looking to stay near Khao San Road, this is perfect as it’s not too close to hear all of the noise, but a 5-10 minute walk through a beautiful night market. Staff couldn’t do enough for you it was brilliant, very kind attentive people. We would definitely stay here again!

The only thing I would say, is that they booked us a taxi from the airport to the hotel & it cost 1300 baht, which to start with we didn’t know was ridiculously expensive, once we got there we found that taxi’s were 100-500 baht maximum, so I would say don’t book transport through them.

- Excellent Wifi (50mbps), perfect for us who work online. It's not easy to find this fast Wifi in Bangkok so this was perfect! - Every staff was very friendly, welcoming, and professional! The housekeeping ladies were kind, front desk staff were always helpful! - The pool area was clean and very peaceful - The bathtub was absolutely amazing. Strong and adjustable air-conditioning, good bathroom supplies - Location: 1-min walk to local noodles place, 7-11, 5 min walk to Kao Shan Road area, 5 min cab to National Museum, 10 min cab to Grand Palace. - Outstanding value for the price!

- Not the hotel's fault but there were some inconsiderate neighbors slamming and banging doors (really hard) at night and talking really loud. Front desk was helpful but we'd recommend the hotel remind people to be thoughtful after midnight.

The staff was very helpful and kind. Great location with many restaurants and local shops around. Walking distance to many highlights from the city. Swimming pool with amazing views! Top hotel, we will stay again in the future!

Nothing! We enjoyed our stay so much.. kind service, big room with baby cot and helpful staff. It's a pity when we stayed the restaurant was closed due to renovation, we knew it in advance... hope we can try it next time. Again, very nice hotel!

Great central location, spacious clean room & comfy bed, staff v friendly and helpful. Really appreciated being given cold bottles of water at reception.

Beware of scammers when walking to the Grand Palace. The hotel is a ~15 min walk to the Grand Palace which is great, but we were told so many times by people on the street/a tuk tuk driver that it was closed which was a lie. Don’t listen to anyone who tells you this other than the guards on the gate of the palace itself/check the website for accurate opening times.

A fabulous hotel. Location for the old part of the city was excellent, but a taxi or tuk-tuk will be required as it is not near a subway station. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was gorgeous, with all the facilities provided and working, even a tootbrush/toothpaste was provided. The swimming pool/roof terrace area provided amazing views of the city. The pool usually closes at 8pm but because of New Year celebrations, remained open until 10pm.

Good location, nice rooms, great jacuzzi, decent pool to avoid the afternoon heat

Breakfast very basic didn’t have soya milk we went out and brought some for cereal and coffee and husband and I plant based but your fruit selection was great

The staff were so helpful, and dealt with requests quickly,. E.g. helping to print documentation for day trips etc. The pool is lovely, an amazing view of Bangkok. The bath tub was great, with jets - very relaxing after a busy day in the city. Location around the corner from cool bars to spend the evening at, a top notch camper van bar I'd highly recommend. .

Loved the roof top pool with swim up bar service. Great location to walk to the main bars & night market at night. Close to local amenities, restaurants & massage treatments. Everything was very clean & everyone polite. Good range for breakfast to find something you liked.

Pool was a little but smaller than it looked on the photos but was nether the less great size for cooling off & rarely had more than a few people in it at any one time. Also offered a great view if the city.
