The staff are so incredibly kind. The room was beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. We ate breakfast at the hotel every morning and it was a wonderful assortment of fresh fruits, breads, Thai food, eggs however you’d like them made, etc. The hotel is close to the Wats we wanted to see. The pool was a popular spot for our 13 year old son. We would definitely stay again.

I have stayed in many hotels in Bangkok and this has to be right up there with one of the best experiences. Hotel is on the river, so you get a breeze you get an amazing view you can catch a ferry anywhere and you can boat watch all day. and at night the lights are amazing on the river.. The pool, the restaurant the menu and the staff are all first class. The best part about the hotel is it’s on the doorstep of Khao San . You have everything within walking distance. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

The jetty needs maintenance/ oiling as has a unpleasant high pitched squeak with passing boats Cloth Napkins would be great addition

Boutique hotel, well located, nice atmosphere, nice pool, nice breakfast Nice resturant. Very comfortable bed and pillow. Very nice staff. We came early morning with our flight and the room was ready for us. We liked it.

1.they say there is a spa but if you order massage there is no area specifically for that. You just do it at the lobby when the doors are closed. You better do massage outside the hotel. No shuttle as they written in their website.

What a great property. Not "too" big. Located right on the Chao Phraya River. On a quieter road (for Bankok) very near Khao San Road (A million bars - restaurants - trinkets and trash). Out of the chaos zone of true downtown. There is a promenade that runs past the river side of the hotel with shops and restaurants along it. There is also a public dock where the local ferry picks up/departs from that is less than 100m away from the hotel. Attractive outdoor seating/patio with up close views of the river and an extremely nice pool. The ENTIRE staff was great. Can't say it enough. Accommodating, warm, friendly and extremely helpful (They booked us a perfect, and I do mean perfect, table at the rooftop restaurant "Breeze" at Lebua Tower). My significant other booked 2 different massages for herself and loved both. Food was actually very good. Buffet breakfast was very nice with a little of everything for anyone. Had dinner one night and both the food and service were great. They had a special event on our last night, and what a fabulous time and awesome service. We stayed in a Deluxe Riva Room w/ River View Balcony. It was great. Views of the River, boats and the lit bridge. Big balcony with a couch and table. Very relaxing and actually surprisingly quiet. Extremely clean. Great value for the entire package. We can't impress enough how wonderful our interactions and everyone associated with it were. Thank you.

Everybody can find a gripe, but honestly, we have none. Depends on your expectations. This exceeded ours. This is not a brand new shiny place, but that's good. Location is always dependent on why you are in town. This was a perfect spot for all of our excursions. Takes forever to get there, but in a city of 13+ million, what place doesn't.

Great location on the river, so easy access to sites. Great breakfast.

No A/C in public areas. Restaurant had leaky ceiling, so buckets and towels on the floor.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in Bangkok. The location is wonderful, the pool, the river, all the little cafes and coffee shops near by make it wonderful. The interior design of the hotel is really nice, with designs showing homage to the rich Thai history of the local area. The food in the restaurant was really good.

The only small thing I could criticise it the bathroom walls are frosted glass. I don't like this design as you feel like you don't have privacy. When your husband goes to the toilet in the night the light from the bathroom floods the whole room. I prefer a more private bathroom.

This hotel is a perfect base for your trip to Bangkok. The rooms are well sized and the price is about right. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. The staff are super friendly and helpful and booked a taxi for us to collect us from the airport (you can also use Grab). The pool is really cold, but very nice and certainly helps you cool down after a long day or when sunbathing. It's only a short walk to the famous Khao San Road and easy to get a Grab to pretty much anywhere in the city.

This is a great hotel so there aren't too many negatives. We are vegan and breakfast was a little limited with items not labelled with intolerances (e.g. dairy), but the staff were very helpful. Ideally there would be a few more sun loungers as it was sometimes difficult to get two together that we could use - having said that, space around the pool is at a premium so perhaps that's not an easy fix for them in fairness.

Beautiful room, river view, service, location, pool, bed, welcome bottle of wine and fruit, iced water steeped in oranges at front door. Nice touches everywhere including umbrellas and luggage hand scale for weighing bags in lobby. Brilliant concierge service. Great pool deck and gym! Good to have earplugs given as the night boats sound like tractors! Fascinating view of life in Bangkok. Quiet jazz club across the street. The riverside was alive but quieted down early enough except for the tug boats.

The restaurant was my biggest disappointment. Disliked the gourmet menu (not ordinary enough and food a bit bland) so could not dine there more; please fix that and focus on healthy low-fat options maybe. Salmon pizza was surprisingly good but the gourmet burger was terrible. Chicken pesto pasta great. It was hit or miss. Not enough items on that menu I’d eat. Breakfast buffet was excellent though. Useless pool partitions. They should be removed so you can swim properly. Steps too deep to walk in.

Everything was first class and all the details taken care of. The location on the water, the inviting lobby, the pool area, the restaurant, the staff, the rooms, I could go on and on. Would have no hesitation to book there again on my next trip to Bangkok. I had to do two bookings to get the number of total days I wanted to stay on Booking.com. They were two different types of rooms. I asked the hotel to see if they could accommodate us with the same room for the full stay and several days later they were able to make the accommodation -- higher tier room, which was perfect -- and adjusted the price. All the correspondence was done through Booking.com and worked just fine.

A perfect location for the tourist sites near the Grand Palace and along the river. If you need to get to Central area, you are very limited in transportation choices -- taxi is best. Yet maybe being a more difficult place to get to is ideal!

The hotel is excellent. The staff is exceptionally kind - when I arrived, before check-in time, they gave me free internet while waiting. On the last day, after check-out, they offered me a shower room for 1h to take a shower before the flight home. Also, they arranged a taxi to the airport for an excellent price (450 THB). The room was nicely designed, the air conditioning was silent and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I didn't have breakfast in the hotel and went every day to a nearby Italian cafe, but the price for a cafe latte + pastry in the cafe was close to the breakfast price in the hotel, hence it is worth considering.

The hotel has everything one may need in the neighborhood - good cafes, restaurants, nightlife at Khao San Road and even a cool blues/jazz club (Adhere 13 Blues Bar). However, going the the center by bus was tiresome - a short distance trip to Siam Center took about 1 hour in the bad air traffic. I recommend using taxis or boats (the boat stop is just behind the hotel). If you want to have a splendid river view, I recommend taking a room with a balcony. In my room without a balcony, the river view was not very wide.
