The area, whilst not near any metro/sky train stops, was a lot more laid back than other areas of Bangkok that we visited with some really good restaurants and a bakery nearby. It is located 10 minutes walk from a ferry port making it easy to get to Wat Arun and Wat Pho. Buses from DMK Airport and to the main train stations can be caught nearby, though Bangkok buses aren't the most reliable. Also within walking distance from Khao San Road. The room is cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Fridge with drinking water, powerful AC, friendly and helpful staff. There is no laundry service but there are a couple of options on the same street. Whole heartedly recommend.

The location was very close to several cultural sites (e.g., Palace, Temples, River Tours) and very walkable. There are many good restaurants in the area and some shopping. The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful. Wonderful shaded patio for relaxing amongst all the orchids.

There weren't any accessible electrical outlets near the bed though there we a few elsewhere in the room. I didn't realize the room doesn't have a window but, when I checked the reservation, it CLEARLY states "no window" - my mistake.

Location, facilites, helpful staff were so nice to me at check in, Id booked a room early in the morning as a last min. option being caught short after a messed up flight into BKK and schedule broken. So I took a room as it said early check in - on arrival it wasnt free till gone 12, so they found another room that I could go straight into - take a shower and a nap after a long travel ! really appreciated that !

windowless room is never a go to option, but as I needed a sleep it kind of worked out! so although not ideal, I actually found it great for 2 nights!

The building and design is exactly like on pic and gives a good vibe. We had everyday supplied coffee, water, shampoo, etc. I worried how it would be without the window, but it was fine. Beds were comfortable. Locked box was big enough to put my laptop. Price is good.

Its located in old area. Maybe some people could like it. For me this walks on the roads with cars and lots of electricity near your head is stressful. When you go outside the hotel everything around looks not that much attractive.

I really liked this property, it was well marked when we were arriving there late in the night, decor was old fashioned but still had all the modern amenities. Staff were absolutely amazing, they kept our bags for us and because we had so much luggage, we would usually have to arrange two taxis but reception offered to get a big taxi for the same rate that could take us to the airport.

The bed was comfortable and it was relatively peaceful. There were tables with umbrellas outside to get out of the sun and rain. The staff were extremely nice and helpful!

The doors are thin and I believe that even the neighboring temple heard us having sex! OMG! The AC shuts off from time to time and so does the water heater. The television needs to be updated and raised up higher.

- Location: quite good Located in a peaceful and clean alley (but not too narrow, 2 taxi cab can pass through) Close to Khaosan area, 25min by walking to The Grand Palace with Phra Sumen Fort, Phra Athit Pier (to take the boat to Iconsiam and so on) on the way. Local restaurants nearby are stunning and chill, you can sit at the side walk and drink beer without disturbing from vehicles - Room and amenities: room is spacious, clean and style in design. All the interior, tile color, furniture make it like in an old movie with Indochine vibe. All the picture you see in website/comment/google maps are true. The room and guest house look exactly like what i have read and even more vivid in the real life. - Receptionist: the warmly welcome that hardly get in a guest house, they open AC before we check in, so went we entry the room, everything is ready. The lobby is small but chamring - Minus point: they dont have elevator but thats not a big problem i think Sadly we dont have enough time to capture all the corner of this place 😔😔😔 If I have a chance to visit Bangkok again, I would stay here for sure ~~~

the location was convenient.. the receptionist was one of the sweetest & nicest one I’ve met.. the room was clean & comfortable…good facilities..the fridge inside was very handy…

I stayed there for 5 nights… mistakenly booked a room without windows & there was a very strong smell in the room..i left the door open many times but didn’t change it.. I think it was coming from the AC…it was very much disturbing…I suggest no one get the rooms without windows… it felt like I’m in a box! the receptionist & staff speaking very loud to each other from 7,8 morning… so if you had a night out & need to sleep till late, then you’ll be disturbed by hearing them from early morning…

The location is perfect and walkable to most of the attractions around the old town. The hotel is very quiet and no bar or club nearby, My boyfriend and I had such a wonderful sleep. The bed is also soft and comfy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel and will definitely come back if I have a chance.

- Internet is weak in some room or floor. - No elevator, it's fine for me but in case you have a very big or several suitcases. You might need to consider this. - The room has no window which can be inconvenient for someone but I love it as I tend to wake up easily with any light or noise. So this is perfect for me.

Nice place specially if you are just reaching Bangkok. Stayed here the second time and will return again! Also very central and in walking distance to pier and Sao Ram Buttri, where you can slowly ease into your holiday on your first evening. Most of all: really friendly and helpful staff who help you with bookings of trains and taxis.
