The staff were so welcoming and lovely, really made me feel at home during my stay and treated me like family. The room was small but all I needed, was clean and comfortable. The AC was perfect! I loved the balcony area that overlooked the river and was close to restaurants, laundry services and Khaosan Road. Free coffee, tea and hot drinks were available in the communal are which had tables, a toaster and boiling water. They provided toast, jam and butter in the morning for breakfast as well.
There was nothing in particular that I didn’t like about the property, but it was located a half hour walk from the closest metro, which in the heat was quite intense.

The staff was very friendly and helped us organize a taxi to the airport with the fair price. furthermore, it was very clean and quiet. I love the area around the house.

all staffs are very nice, polite and very helpful. The place also clean, calm to relax. Eventhough the place not very big but the surrounding and environment is very quiet but can walk to khao san road in 5 minutes. If we come again to Bangkok, we will choose this place again as our top choice.

Its cozy and very strategic location.
Its a bit small. But you get what you pay. They using an orange curtain, when its bright outside, your room will turned to orange, which can make me a little headache.

Seems very new and next to river which the terrace looks over. Also close to the action without being noisy.

What a find beautiful rooms and shared areas, the most comfortable beds ever, helpful staff, free coffee and tea, good wifi, and a location on a super quiet alley but within easy walking distance of nightlife.
