This hotel was such a wonderful experience! There was free snacks and drinks in the room (2 waters, 2 sodas, 2 juices, and snacks). The beds were sooo comfy and I really loved the aestheic and style of the place. Breakfast was a stellar experience. We chose our complimentary breakfast from a menu and they cooked it and brought it out directly to our table in the lobby! There was western and Thai options. They even gave us suggestions on fun stuff to do nearby.

Location is great. Breakfast is pretty good. Staff is extremely nice and helpful, the beds are new and very comfortable and the hotel is very clean and new. The pool is too tiny to be taken seriously. We slept well as the hotel is located on a quiet street yet, very central and close to many tourist attractions. The only real caveat is the price. I find the night rate to be too high in relation to other hotel in the area. The hotel doesn't really justify the relative high rate it demands.

Price could be and should be somewhat lower for what you get. (Relative to hotel prices nearby).

The hotel is lovely, so bright and the decor is beautiful. The staff were outstanding, extremely welcoming and friendly, they felt like family straight away. There was welcome drinks, snacks and a light meal on arrival. The rooms were delightful; very well presented, clean and spacious, with a balcony off the bedroom. A lovely selection of complimentary snacks and drinks were provided. Everyone who wanted to participate was shown how to make a krathong, which was so much fun. Then we were all escorted to the river, which was a very short walk, to release them. The personal touches were amazing and appreciated, my sister and I even received our favorite snacks as a parting gift. The location was perfect, all the shopping and eateries was within a short walk of the hotel. This was a beautiful boutique hotel and I would definitely stay there again when visiting Chiang Mai.

The hotel is on a back street, which made it very quiet. We had a room with a balcony facing the road and a view of the mountains. The hotel looks very new and super clean. The bed was comfortable, although the pillows were hard - but this is the case everywhere in Thailand. Snacks and soft drinks in the complimentary mini bar. New and very quiet A/C! Tiny pool, but nice that it’s there. Very easy to get to airport.

The TV isn’t connected, so you need to log on with your private account to providers like Apple, Netflix, etc. Which is fine, but it would have been nice with some standard channels with local news, BBC world, etc. Quite easy access to the night market and the bars around there - which was actually not a plus for us - we preferred the Nimman area and the old town on that side, which is a bit on the far side to walk. Needed to hike a bit to find a good coffee shop

The location was great, close to the river, restaurants, bars, shops etc. The room was very nice, bed was comfortable, air condition was great and didn't make too much noise. Everything looked super clean and we felt taken care of the entire time. The best part was the staff, they were always there to greet us, ask us about our day and sometimes came to the room with drinks and some dessert, free of charge!! We would definately come again.

I booked this property because of the proximity to Old City. Not knowing much about Chiang Mai before arriving, I knew I either wanted to be in Old City or right next to it and this property did not disappoint. When I arrived I was greeted with what they call tea time. It was a small platter of Thai delights which was a pleasant treat. They provided this both days of my stay. The place was immaculately clean. The room had a very nice bathtub and shower as well. The a/c unit kept the room as cool as I’d like which I’m sure would come in handy on those hot humid summer months. The staff were excitedly hospitable and nice as well. The area is very walkable, in fact I think the entire city is. No fear of being pick pocketed or theft.

There wasn’t much not to like. The pool water was cold. I was only there for two nights and didn’t have any plans on swimming, but if I wanted to the water was too cold for me. My kids though, they wouldn’t have cared.

The hotel is beautiful! Lovely staff that is so accommodating, very clean and spacious rooms, and the bed is very comfortable with good connection to netflix, etc. Location is perfect - very quiet so you can get an excellent sleep, just a 1 minute walk to coffee shops and further 2 minutes to the old city. Overall, I very much recommend this lovely boutique hotel! Waking up in the morning to the views of the mountain and bird chirping is really lovely.

I have totally fallen in love to this beautiful hotel. It's new, sparkling clean and charmingly decorated. The room is spacious. The bed is big and comfy. The bathroom offers both bath tub and shower. Oh...the bath gel smells so good! The small salt water pool is a cute plus and refreshing. The location is very convenient. You can easily find yummy local foods, cafes, laundry, etc. in a walking distance. Chiang Mai gate market and Saturday night market are less than 10 mins away by foot. Still, the neighbourhood is tranquil and very safe. Above all, the lovely family who run the hotel and the staff are so kind and sweet. They're always ready to assist. They made us felt like home. Thank you! I normally visit Chiang Mai every year. It's the first time I stayed in this hotel. It's absolutely become my favourite. I'll definitely come back. 100% recommended👍

Breakfast options were all amazing. Real food! Not the 'continental breakfast' that other hotels do. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Free minibar! Free snacks! Very comfortable rooms and beds. Good location.

There was nothing I didn't like - staying here was a great experience.

The hotel was beautiful in the outside and the inside. The room was perfect. Super clean and fresh with a beautiful view of Doi Suthep. David and Pan were a great help with everything I asked about. David offers a taxi service in a very clean car with air conditioning. I will be staying here anytime I come back to Chiang mai. Oh and the pool is just gorgeous 😍 plus on arrival I received a beautiful butterfly 🦋 pea flower drink and freshly cooked brownie biscuits by David. 🥰
