Great resort

They have a private beach but it is far from the the hotel and their shuttles services are limited

Beautiful resort, clean and well maintained not far from a really bustling part of the island. My boyfriend and I had THE BEST head, neck, back and shoulder massage here with two ladies who were exceptional. Probably the best massage I've ever had in my life very good value - highly recommended.

If you want to get about you will need to either hire motorbikes or get taxis. We hired motorbikes very cheaply from the hotel and loved it but realise that may not be for everyone

The room is spacious, it includes coffee, tea and water for free. The shower works good and there's a hairdryer. The balcony is an amazing touch. The swimming pool is big. The place itself is amazing. The employees were all very kind.

I guess it depends on what you have for breakfast but for me breakfast was not worth it. The place is a bit isolated so you need to rent a scooter or be willing to walk 20 min one way to get some food. They have a shuttle that takes you to the beach to another resort they work with but honestly the timetable is not great. If you plan to go to the beach everyday you have to rent a motorbike otherwise I don't think this is the place for you.

It's great value for money and is extremely well maintained compared to the majority of resorts on the island. The staff are fantastic, breakfast caters for all one needs, not over the top... Pool and Jacuzzi are well appointed. You can hire a scooter from reception or choose the free pick up and drop off service to their private beach and other areas near the resort. Would definitely recommend this resort.

Nothing was not to our liking. It's not on the beach, but they don't proclaim to be either, so if that's what you're after, then book somewhere else. Shops are a bit of a walk, but hey, hire a scooter.

I stayed at Annika for 7 nights and really liked it. It has a large, beautiful garden with a swimming pool. If you enjoy morning walks, you can walk along the path inside the resort. Normally, I don't like swimming in pools much, but it was nice to spend time there. The rooms are spacious and clean, and each one has a balcony overlooking the garden. You can sit there in the mornings and evenings. However, you can't walk to the beach from the resort; you'll need transportation to get to the beaches. I rented a motorcycle for 1 week. The breakfast was good, but there could be a few more options.

I really enjoyed the location. If you have a scooter, it’s very convenient to reach supermarkets, restaurants, waterfalls, or the beaches. The pool and the overall setup of the resort are surrounded by greenery, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The balcony was spacious, as was the room, which made for a very comfortable stay. Additionally, the staff were always friendly and ready to assist with any requests.

The breakfast selection was quite limited and repetitive. While it may be fine for a short stay, it quickly becomes monotonous for longer visits. There’s definitely a lot of potential being missed here, as the lack of variety makes the meal feel unexciting and bland. Also, it was disappointing that the gym and pool close at 5 PM, which is too early, especially if you’ve been out during the day and want to enjoy a relaxing swim or a workout in the evening.

It was AMAZING! The hotel feels like a 5-star hotel. The grounds are maintained very well. The pool is amazing and the outdoor jacuzzi is too. The restaurant is amazing and reasonably priced. The staff are so welcoming and nice. Not one complaint. Would stay here forever if we could.

The gym closes a little early. We need to go out during the day and explore, which means we have two get up early to make the gym. We can't go to the gym in the evening because it closes at 5.00 PM. If it closed at 09.00 PM it would have been perfect.

I like that the resort is set in the trees ,which give you a feel that you are in the jungle and part of nature . Very quiet and peaceful place .I've stayed many times before .

I've stayed in this resort many times before when it was under another name . My last holiday 2 years ago was cancelled 1 week before I was due to stay because it was still being painted etc ,which I fully understood could easy happen ,but this year booking here I expected new painted resort , rooms etc ,but ! Nothing ,everything just seemed the same even the staff were wearing uniform with the old name on them . The bathrooms are a bit small with nowhere to put anything. Two single beds put together meaning the electric plugs are right in the middle of your heads ( very dangerous 😳 ☠️)

A gem in Koh Chang. The resort is beautiful ,with well maintained gardens, and the rooms are BIG. Clean. Quiet. Fresh. The bed is large and comfy. I slept very well. Wifi was good, the bathroom was good. Breakfast is okay, i stayed 2 weeks so became repetitive after a while, but for a short stay is good: fruits, coffees, bacon, eggs, waffles, cereals, thai food, juices.

During the days of my stay, the pool filter needed maintainance so the water wasn't very clear, so i didn't use it. But im' very picky with pool water, has to be as clear as bottle water for me. I guess it's not a problem for the rest 99% of guests in the hotel as they were using it with no problem.

I've stayed in and visited many hotels in Koh Chang, this is by far the best and I keep returning. Exceptionally clean, amazingly quiet and peaceful. Wifi is constant throughout the resort. Staff are fantastic and couldn't do more to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It doesn't have direct access to the beach but I think this works in its favour, you really feel like you are in the middle of the jungle surrounded by nature. In my opinion, an incredible place and one of the best I've stayed in Thailand. The photos on the website don't do justice to quite how beautiful it is. Highly recommend.
