The hotel is recently refurbished and is beautifully done. The rooms were immaculate and the whole resort had a very natural, earthy vibe. The breakfast was amazing with so much choice and waiters coming round at intervals with samples Of Thai food and drink to taste, the same happened in the pool beach area throughout the day. The pool is huge and can easily accommodate kids and adults without getting in each other's way. Although we didn't use it the pottery painting was an excellent resource for the kids. The gym is a good size with good equipment.

The hotel is only just open so there are some teething points they are working through. While it sounds trivial they definitely need another coffee machine in the breakfast area. The staff team round the beach bar also need to gel and get more efficient. But these are things which I am sure will come with time. All staff were friendly and more than willing to help.

the property had been recently refurbished and although there was still a little work ongoing it seemed respectful of guests and minimal disruption. it’s clear a lot of effort has gone into finishes and experience, it felt a beautiful standard- high end rustic is my take. The rooms and facilities were luxury and high end with a lot of attention to detail. staff were extremely professional, always active and there was a lot of little touches that made it special, like offering round little free refreshments and delicacies throughout the day at the pool. Location was perfect in terms of quiet and close to amenities and other busy hubs to experience but felt the balance was just right. It’s clear they have a high standard and I will definitely return.

This is an absolutely gorgeous hotel. It was newly opened when we visited and the whole place was immaculate. The room was large and beautifully decorated. The pool area is stunning with very comfortable sun loungers. all the staff were very pleasant and polite. Breakfast set up was very impressive with an excellent selection of options and it was well staffed. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely visit again.

The zero flexibility in policy around date change we had a vehicle breakdown missed the last ferry, rang reception “yes of course no problem” 22 years in thailand I knew better, get to reception next day “you must pay” The joints half empty but still no assistance around this issue that was totally out of our control.

Beautiful red lanterns welcomed us at arrival and staff was so good at making us feel welcomed. Our room was so spacious with a great bath tub and a marble tiled shower. The bed was a proper king size, sleep was perfect with a good AC and zero outside noise. The room had all the amenities one could need, even a cot for the little one was already there. Breakfast was good with staff everywhere, making sure all was going well. The hotel has a spectacular pool, one of those that are hard to forget. Hotel is located on the beach that seems to be neglected and could be amazing. The palm trees are already there but the sand is not swept clean and the beach chairs are the only attempt at using this amazing space. There are several restaurants right next to the hotel entrance. We went to the Italian place and the dinner was so good. In all, a beautiful night and a day on Koh Chang.

We have stayed here before. The hotel is stunning and pool area is great. The staff were great in particular the reception staff - they were so helpful.

This is a great hotel, with nice beach access and shaded areas by the pool and beach. There was no shortage of beach beds and plenty of shade for all guests. Pool is really large, and some small pools for children also. Rooms are maybe a bit dated, but room size, beds, furniture has excellent quality. Perfect setting for calm relaxation.

Breakfast was lavish, lots to choose from. If there had been some espresso machine available to guests at breakfast, would have been even more perfect.

Room is very nice with comfortable beds. The pool. The location, although a motor bike is a bonus, it can be rented just outside the hotel. The breakfast is outstanding, it has everything that one could wish for. The staff is very friendly. I'd come back again.

There is a small private beach belonging to the hotel. This is a good feature, but unfortunately nobody looks after it. There is small plastic parts, like wrappings, and cigarette butts. The sand could be raked occasionally to avoid sandflies. With just a little care this could be the perfect area. During our stay most guests stayed at the pool, maybe that's the reason for the neglect? On the positive side...the loungers are very comfortable!

We stayed three nights here at the end of July 2022. We were very happy with the room provided. I didn't want a pool facing room because I wasn't sure how disruptive it may be at night. We had a corner room so there was plenty of light in the daytime and the balcony was most welcome. The hotel pool was immense and Thai sunsets didn't disappoint. There was a good choice of Thai and foreign food available from the bar and the selection at breakfast would also suite both local and foreign guests.

I have nothing negative at all to report. I'd return to this property for sure!

Located in a very quiet area, not the newest of the hotels but clean and with an excellent breakfast.

The hotel doesn't have a direct access to the nearest village (Kai Bae) so better to rent a motorbike or use a Tuc Tuc to move on the evening.
