The pool villa was amazing, excellent size and depth of pool. Staff were superb, Chon and Sam in particular were both great with us and went out there way to help.

The water park is dangerous, or at least some slides, the wide pink and orange one. Both my son and I came away with cuts and bruises, please be careful of the park.

The beach is beautiful, the hotel is by far the most beautiful, the best.

There were no mosquito nets on the bungalows. And there were a lot of mosquitoes. Unfortunately, there were rats in the hotel area and they were making noise in the attic and on the roof at night. But the most important thing: no one at the hotel told me to watch out for the sand fly. We have hundreds of bites that itch and keep getting bigger for days. The hotel could draw attention to this! And the breakfast: so boring.

It was our 3rd time at this beautiful place while term brake at kid's school. The hotel and all services met our expectations. Everybody was happy to spend here 4 days together. Bungalows, morning buffet, happy hour in the beach bar, fire show, water park and overall territory were really good. Also English-speaking staff here is very helpful.

This property has the best beachfront on the island. It is huge and during low tide many people enjoy walking in the beach area. The pool villa was excellent and we enjoyed the privacy and also the size (good for a couple). The waterpark is across the street and was super fun. Definitely a huge plus for kids and families.

We had some ants and the bathroom and the property came to spray for them. Poof gone. There was no other negative aspects of this property. It was just awesome. Thank you for an excellent staff, great covered parking, room service and great meals and more.

The location of the resort is great, quite on the beach, but a walking distance to the local restaurants and shops. We stayed in the villa with a pool. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious. The nice addition was a patio with sun beds in front of the pool, which is big enough to relax and do a couple of strokes. The breakfast was wonderful, with a good selection of food and fruits. Gym is on the smaller side, but it is well equiped. The staff was very helpful with finding the solution for our problem with the first villa, and we are really thankful for that. The beach is sandy, it is easy to go in and out of the sea. It is not shallow for too long.

There were not really a lot of sun beds at the beach

They give only 2 bottles of 500 ml each / day as drinking water which is not appropriate as compared to what they charge room per night which was 240 USD per night. If you want more then they charge 40 baht per bottle. There was no water in the bathroom for more than 5 hours on 31st Dec which was not good. We opted for breakfast included. If they are charging for breakfast, they should have options for vegetarian food also. Which we clearly mentioned at the time of booking and also at the time of check in at the resort. We stayed for 3 nights and we ate Garlic bread and fried rice in 3 breakfasts and the same in the New Year Gala dinner as this was the only option for us. The only thing we liked was the location of our villa which was in front of the beach.

What a wonderful stay! Have been doted on by all staff, such excellent service. We (2A+2C) stayed in a family pool villa which was very spacious. It was super quiet too, in the first week of WA Sept school holidays. The weather was perfect and we were glad for some cloudy days to keep the temperature down. The water park was fun and we often had it to ourselves. The hotel restaurant had a variety of options including kid-friendly non spicy dishes. Oh and don’t forget about happy hour twice a day! Buy 1 get 1 free $8 cocktails is a big winner! The Spa was fantastic with 1hr oil massages and facials for $25, and the staff there were very knowledgeable (with very strong hands hahah!). There’s a 7-11 within easy walking distance for snacks, and lots of restaurants a short (50THB pp) taxi ride away. We will be back!!

Really minor things: Watch out for the terracotta tiles around the pool and entry that are slippery when wet. Also, because we had 2 rooms in the villa, each room had a KeyCard, and we often got confused which one was for which. We also had to be careful about not closing the doors while we were in the villa pool and locking ourselves out! Otherwise it was fantastic.

The place is well-maintained, beautiful sandy beach, good massage and tasty, not expensive restaurant. The bungalows were very clean, good air conditioning, warm water and water pressure were available, strong WiFi signal that allows videoconference. There are plenty of grocery shops, restaurants and massage places around if one needs the variety. We had nice fishing tour experience (ordered via tour kiosk) , the tour around the island is very interesting and fills the whole day with a lot of emotions.

We had to change one of the bungalow, but the receptionist was very much understanding and cooperative, no complains.

We spent four nights, family couple + 3 (15, 12, 4), in two rooms, one room a villa with a pool and another regular room. was great! The villa with a stunning pool, includes a private pool, jacuzzi, sunbeds in a private complex. In the room there is a huge double bed, a sofa that can be used as a bed for a small child. Outstanding design, fully equipped. Excellent service - I was particularly impressed by the maintenance of the pools: every day a maintenance person comes, checks the level of chlorine in the water, cleans the pool, etc. A private beach for the hotel, a fire show and singing every evening, the breakfast is excellent - varied and rich. The hotel has its own water park, which includes 5 great water slides. The location is excellent, outside the hotel there are several good businesses: restaurants, 7/11, supermarket, book, spa and more...

The staff and facilities are great. Overall, the entire resort is clean, and the location is perfect. We stayed in a family pool villa, and the rooms are super spacious and clean. We were amazed by the size of the private pool, which is bigger than other places we have been to. Breakfast selection has many options. The water park across the hotel is well organised and very pleasant.

The hotel would charge 300 baht for one room key card if you misplaced it. (Most hotels would just provide you with a new one for free) We lost 1 card after 4 nights' stay. As we were voicing our opinion, the staff ended up removing the charge. However, if the hotel really insisted on it, we would happily pay, to just check out swiftly but, 300 baht for 1 plastic key card is so overpriced given that guests paid a good amount of money for your accommodation already. Sadly, that was our last impression before leaving the resort.
