Everything was really great, very clean rooms and very nice indoors and outdoors facilities.

Restaurant prices were too high! We only had dinner once at the beach restaurant and for what we had, we paid more than what we would have paid in our home city Vienna, Austria. And the food quality wasn’t not as great either. Also, when we checked out they charged us 680Thai Baht for room service.? Normally room service is always included in the total price. We did not order any food or special services for the room. They just charged the daily cleaning rate extra at the end.

The hotel boasted an ideal location, with splendid surroundings that truly captured the essence of Koh Chang. The rooms were exceptional—spacious, well-appointed, and with all the amenities that contributed to a comfortable and memorable stay. As for the services, they were in line with the renowned Thai hospitality—flawless and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our visit was catered to perfection.

Considering the premium pricing of the hotel, which stands as one of the most expensive in the area, it would be highly beneficial for guests if the establishment could offer additional amenities such as snorkeling gear, paddle boards, and kayaks for rent or complimentary use. These additions would not only enhance the value proposition of the hotel but also enrich the guest experience by allowing easy exploration of Koh Chang's beautiful waters directly from the convenience of the hotel's prime location.

The staff was lovely and very accommodating. We felt welcome and taken care of in every moment of our stay at the resort. The breakfast buffet was tasty and versatile, abundant with a selection of Thai options, and had a separate section for those craving western food options. The drinks at the bar were great and we would highly recommend taking advantage of their Happy Hour deals. Overall, The Dewa is the perfect match for those looking to relax in utmost peace and quiet and we definitely plan to come back!

The AC on the 1st floor is incredibly loud and can give a really hard time to those who are not hard sleepers. Also, during the evening dinner on the beach the staff tends to really overcook the protein you order on your BBQ. Flavour and freshness is on point, but every meat and seafood felt like chewing on a rubber when we ate it, so we definitely would not recommend dining there in the evening.

Stunning property, beautiful rooms! We had so much space, lovely balcony overlooking the pool and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was great and all the staff go out of their way to make sure you have an amazing stay. Stunning beach, good hotel food but also very close to lots of local places. Short walk to busy bar areas and amenities etc. Hotel has lots of drinks deals on which we loved and they made excellent cocktails! Could not recommend enough!

Could see lots of Non-Hotel guests using the hotels sun loungers on the beach which meant sometimes there was no space for us as paying hotel guests.

Amazing and very stylish hotel. It's located on the quiet street far from the road noise. The beach is very beautiful and shared with only one more hotel so there are not so many people, almost none in the end of September. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with European and Thai food. Room on the third floor is very big and with terrace instead of small balcony like on the second floor. There are several nice cafes on the beach also Thai massage. 7eleven is very close and bike rent as well. 15 min by bike from the white sand beach and 5 min from Kai Bae Beach with lots of restaurants and bars.

The staff was great, so nice, considerate (they noticed what we needed and provided it immediately) and welcoming. The location is great to explore the west side of Koh Chang. The place is beautiful, including the 🥽 pool and the beach. Every night they would set up a restaurant on the beach which was cool. The fruity cocktails (the only I tried) were very yummy. There were more vegetarian options for breakfast than in most of the places I stayed in Thailand The atmosphere was queer friendly. .

The only minor negative point was that the air con in the room was old and quite noisy. But everything else was good and I can only recommend this resort.

- pool is amazing - the beach on this side of island is even more amazing - friendly staff who helped us with organizing some trips (ps better to organize trips from west part of island) - localization - wide variety of food for breakfast

- if I need to be picky: sunbeds were dirty and I havent seen anyone clean them during our stay - it is a small thing and easy to change, but I was really surprised that no one was taking care of them

Gorgeous resort in Koh Chang! The Dewa exceeded my expectations - right from friendly staff at check in, through to the decor and size of the rooms. The pool was lovely, with drinks and happy hour on offer, you didn't even need to leave the resort to have a relaxing time. I really enjoyed the evening dinner/drinks by the ocean.

A bit more variation with breakfast. Brekkie was tasty but repetitive! And I know the staff do their very best to maintain the cleanliness of the beach but wow was it bad. I think because we went in stormy season, there was all sorts of washed up rubbish along the shoreline making it actually really unpleasant - unfortunate for the hotel and beyond their control though. Just something to be aware of.

The room was spacious and everything was very clean. The staff were really attentive and helpful. We ate at the restaurant on the beach front a few times and the service was always great and the food was delicious. The swimming pool was big and there were enough loungers provided by the pool and on the beach. We had massages on the beach front with the Dewa. Had the best Thai massage I've ever had. We also enjoyed there being a bar in thr swimming pool, so we could sit in the pool with our cocktails. Good location. 10-15 minute walk to more restuarants and there were other restaurants along the beach front. I think the Dewa was the best out of them all.

Could have done with a bit more upbeat music at the beach front restuarant and bar in the evening.
