I don't like the lighting except the one above the bed No bedside lamp I reported twice to the reception that the room door was misaligned We could see the light through the door in 2 places (top and bottom) Noisy air conditioning Television (impossible to use the remote control, check the battery) Fridge in the room Outdoor terrace Bathroom nothing to say Safety box (I couldn't use it) Excellent location We quickly realize that the most beautiful beach is that of this hotel. Breakfast included, varied Poor quality coffee Given the standing of this establishment, a real espresso would be very appreciated Incredible swimming pool with bar Pleasant staff, especially the security guard The site is large and incredible

Amazing location and gorgeous beach and pool area. The room was clean and well equipped with a wonderful view of the ocean. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely return for the hotel facilities and beach alone.

The restaurant food was poor quality for Thailand and therefore we only ate one evening meal there. The breakfast had lots of options but most of it was low quality, for example powdered coffee instead of fresh. Sorry to say but the food could be much better considering the amazing location and quality of food that Thailand can offer.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the resort area is huge and beautifully maintained. There is a pool, a large dining hall, a place to see the sunsets. The beach is also nice and feels semi-private as it's at the very end of the beach, so other tourists/people don't really reach it.

The interior of our garden-view villa was a bit old. The furniture, the bed, and the tiles were a bit rundown in the room and the bathroom. While the villa was quite modest, the benefit was that the beach was just a few steps outside of it.

The pool and beach were great. Great spot for families as the beach was shallow and didn’t have much break.

The rooms were a little dated but we expected that so it was fine. It is on a slightly quieter parter of the island so there aren’t as many dinner options as somewhere like Kai Bae (but there enough). If you have a car or scooter this would be fine, but the roads are very steep and bendy so we ended up taking taxis which were a bit expensive.

Property location is excellent with great access to the beach with many bars and restaurants close by either on the street or along the beach. Hotel pool and swim up bar are awesome and the staff very friendly and helpful. Deluxe Room was spacious and very comfortable. Stayed most of our stay at a resort which was twice the price stayed here our last two nights and preferred our stay here. Love this resort.

It’s a high quality, yet affordable resort with great amenities and a large area. There’s a fabulous swimming pool with a pool bar with fair prices. I found the pool bar chairs in the pool extra entertaining. There’s a very beautiful beach near by where guests of the hotel can use sun beds for free, but there are also a number of various bars, restaurants, etc. There is a small village that offers all you would need (food, shops, bars, massage). We had a hillside studio first, and it was nice, but the villa we had later had a much better bed. I loved the staff! They were always very friendly, helpful and spoke great English.

Beware of low bathroom doors, you can really hurt yourself if you’re tall like my boyfriend.

Food at the restaurant was delicious and very reasonably priced. The hotel was mid point on the busy side of the island, making most of the attractions only a quick drive away. The pool bar was a great place to have an afternoon swim and a drink if you felt so inclined.

My Mom had some mobility issues, so some spots could have used some better rails for steps up and better lighting..

Lovely room on the hillside. Bed was very comfortable. The resort itself was stunning. Great pool with a swim up bar. Beach was great too. Breakfast was included and had a nice selection of food. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location close to everything.

The only negative we found was people reserving sunbeds with their towels around the pool and leaving them for hours on end meaning limited ability to relax by the pool. Such a shame as everything else about the resort was excellent.

Reception staff were amazing from the first minute, especially with some complications that we had. also all other staff were diligent, happy and helpful. The beach and sea were clean and calm, swimming pool is great.

Not much, maybe could have more sun loungers at the beach.and more international variety at breakfast, but these are minor things

The resort has an amazing view, fantastic pool and a great beach area. The staff was lovely and the service was great.

The food might not have been the best, but it worked. Lack of shower curtain made the whole bathroom wet during shower. We missed having a spa at the hotel, that would have made it perfect.
