Amazing location right on the beach, delicious breakfast with good selection of Thai food, very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacious rooms with comfortable seating area on the balcony.

Cleaneness of the room (everyday cleaned), friendlyness of the people, breakfast buffet and location of the hotel. In the morning the elephants are bathing in the sea. Nice large swimming pool.

No sunbeds near the sea. Also beach towels are small and if you want new one you need to go to reception. Better to hand them out at the pool and sign with your room number for it.

Top resort with very friendly staff and cosy cottages. Directly on the other side of the street is a good travel agent with scooter rental. Several nice restaurants are nearby.

No temperature control for the showers (or we could not find it). But that was not too bad since the temperature was fine.

I think it is the best hotel in Ko Chang. I stayed here third time. Big and comfortable rooms with big balconies and sea view. Small but beautiful beach. Green territory. Very good breakfast with Thai and European food. Very good new swimming pool. Very good value for money.

Bead linen and towels are very old. Would be good to purchase new one. Pillows also not comfortable. But newer the less the hotel is the best for me.

Loved the rooms which were a great size and had everything you could need. The bar area was amazing as were the staff

No loungers for the beach and no bacon with breakfast

Very comfortable stay at KB Resort, room was quiet & spacious. Especially liked the well maintained garden, the lounge chairs on balcony, and the breakfast restaurant. At sunset the beach bar gets crowded, so come early.

Only issue would be the rainfall shower (there was only rainfall shower + tub) a little bit impractical.

At breakfast, we always had a variety of choices. Lots of fruits, cereals, meats, and Thai dishes to choose from. There was always a lady there cooking eggs for your choice of style. The dining area is next to the sea, so it is always a lovely view. The room was spacious with a large comfortable bed & 4 pillows. There are USB ports on both sides of the bed and under the TV. The front porch had a large table with bench seats and a large round wicker seat. The beach area is very clean, however the area is narrow for a beach. The most amazing thing is that the elephants are brought down to the sea to swim & play. The handlers were always pleasant with people, encouraging engagement with the elephants, especially the baby calves. Plus, they never asked for money for photos or rides. This is a great location near shops, restaurants & bars, within walking distance. But still quiet.

Amazing place. Great facilities. Great beach and pool. Restaurant was very good with decent prices.

The rooms needs to be renew. But they were clean and very comfortable! There’s a walk to the main road in a hill. You can always ask the workers with the golf cart to take you a ride. Should be nice if there was an option to call the reception and ask them to come pick you up anytime. Not too recommend for disabled or people with walking problems.

Very romantic location right on the beautiful beach. We, couple, had a beachfront bungalow and our son and his girlfriend had one just behind us on the second row with seaview. The bungalows are cute on the outside and practical on the inside, good space, bed and shower. The whole resort has a mix of scandinavian and Thai design, funny combi that works. All in a beautiful tropical garden. Lovely restaurant also right on the beach, good quality food and good choice between Thai and Western. Same goes for the breakfast. Very friendly staff. Perfect for sunset drinks.

The swimmingpool is tucked away, not at the beach side but next to the parking. We didn’t mind, we loved swimming in the ocean. You do get free beach towels, but they are way too small for that purpose and there are no beachbeds. Our ‘kids’ are in their early twenties, no other guests in that agegroup. Mostly families with younger children (who were all well behaved and tranquil) or older people.

Breakfast was of a good, although the choice was a little limited. The beach is stunning, the pool excellent

No hot water in the basin (for shaving), not enough storage in the room, some additional hooks and some shelves would be a great addition
