The hotel boasts a stunning setting reminiscent of ‘Out of Africa’, with its own park overlooking fields, forests, and mountains, despite being in Thailand. The backdrop is truly cinematic. The architecture is modern yet exudes warmth and coziness.

While the hotel offers a delightful breakfast buffet, the lack of an on-site restaurant or cafeteria was a drawback, especially given the limited dining options nearby. Though they provide a shuttle service to the center of Pai, its availability wasn’t always immediate, prompting us to resort to ordering from Foodpanda.

The view from the room and from the pool is incredible, it's in the middle if the nature and it has a well maintained gardens. The infinity pool is great, the temperature was good abd again, the view from the pool is something else. The room was clean and quite large. Alot of the comments says that there are a lot of buga in the hotel, it's true but the bugs are not in the rooms. Every hotel in Pai has bugs because it's near the forests but as long as you keep the door closed and don't leave it open no bugs will get in. The hotel has bikes that you can take for free to explore the city but they don't have helmets.

Although the staff was very nice it was very hard to communicate with them if we needed something because they didn't speak English. They had very basic English so any time we needed help it was very hard to talk with them. The bike rental management was not good and sometimes there were bikes at the front but someone didn't return the keys so basically you couldn't use them.

* Pool is not dirty but does not seem very clean. * Rooms need to be a renovated and cleaned thoroughly, which is a little understandable : many hotels are damaged during covid19 lockdown, I hope in time it will be better.

The setting of this hotel is really lovely. Just outside the main part of town surrounded by nature. The rooms are spacious. Shower was amazing (best I had in all my travels in Thailand). Attention to detail in all the amenities in the room. Staff was super friendly and kind. Pool was super cool too. Everything smelt so lovely (towels, sheets, pool towels).

Not much at all. This hotel is really worth a visit as its super comfortable and convenient. Really cannot find any fault with this hotel at all. Loved it.

The hotel was well priced to be budget and included an infinity pool which over looks an incredible mountain view, the room was big and comfortable with air conditioning, was only a 10 minute walk into town or there was a scooter hire place just up the road as well as a 7 eleven for convenience.

The staff didnt not speak English that well that it was hard to communicate some things, there was also either a homeless guy or another guest at the hotel who slept next to the pool for 2 days in his underwear who abused us for no reason when having a discussion with other guests at the hotel. We were unable to talk to the staff at the hotel about it due to the language barrier.

Breakfast was really a 10! Variety and everything taste very good. The pool was nice, also jacuzzis. Quiet and calm, best option if you are looking for relax. Landscape at the backyard makes it you feel as you were in the countryside. Staff polite. They offer a free shuttle from wherever you are in the town straight to the hotel, and check out date they took you to the bus station. Clean rooms and good working facilities.

We had a problem with some kind of bugs in our bed. But the staff was very helpful and gave us a new room directly. Im not sure what kind of bugs there were as one could expect some bugs due to the resort being in the middle of nature

the place and the architecture is really nice, the spot is amazing, not to far and not to close from the center, perfect. The products in the bathroom are really nice and the stuff amazing and polite. The breakfast is decent and also the clients of the hotel are sofisticated people.

too bad it has this feeling of "abandoned". I would had rate this a 5stars if they did a proper renovation. The wood, the cement...
