From the second we arrived here we were made to feel welcome. Tit and his staff are so friendly and cheerful. We were allowed to check in early, the room was very clean and the fact that it was a swim up room just made it even better. Good air con, delicious welcome drink and plenty of very tidy greenery surrounding the hotel. The breakfasts are delicious (choices are endless!) they allow you to order anything off the menu and cook it fresh until you’ve had enough. Good coffee, excellent omelette and a great location. Tit has good knowledge on the island and how to get around. He grew up here so he knows exactly where to visit and when for the best experience. It’s also incredibly peaceful. Very clean pool and grounds and a lovely atmosphere. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Thailand and this has been my absolute favourite. The beach is also lovely. I reckon this past 5 days on Koh mook have been the best 5 days I’ve ever spent in this wonderful country. Also Kae who works at the restaurant is the sweetest and funniest Thai person I’ve ever met! Always laughing, helpful and friendly. I’ll never forget her.

We stayed here for 5 wonderful nights, everything was just superb. Super friendly staff, family-owned business which core is providing very personal service. They help and advise when having any question. Definitely ask the staff for tips when planning day-trips on Koh Mook, nearby islands or airport transfers, they have very good recommendations and everything is possible! Koh Mook as an island is the perfect base to visit this area. Beautiful secluded beaches, hiking opportunities with good viewpoints and in comparison with Koh Kradan & Koh Ngai a lot of facilities. Resort itself is beautiful, very spacious, good location with a lot of nearby restaurants in walking distance on the east-coast, free callable taxi-service between 7am-7pm. Going here was the best decision we could have made, highly recommend!!

+ Big pool was great + Helpful staff, they did make us vegan and vegetarian food for breakfast and dinner when asked :) + Free taxi service + Aircon worked well, room was nice and there was mini fridge. Fridge was filled with two small water bottles every day🫶🏼

- Cleaning staff forgot to provide towels twice to the room on different days - Lightning could be improved in the evening time in the room e.g. With separate lamps as it’s get dark when natural light is gone

We had an amazing stay at Lamai! Very attentive and kind staff. They offered free rides to the beaches which was so nice! Beautiful gardens and pool. Very peaceful and quiet location. Our room was comfortable and we had everything we needed. The room was also spotless and was cleaned daily. Highly recommend and would love to visit again some day!

Fabulous resort in every way. Room was spacious, comfortable bed, room service daily & complementary tea,coffee & water. Outside shower was wonderful, we had no problem with mosquitoes but people we met who were in another beach front resort were eaten alive.!! The pool is fresh, always clean & a good size. Breakfast was ample as were evening meals with plenty of choice. Tid & his team are wonderful & couldn’t make you feel more welcome. There is a free shuttle to take you to a beach or anywhere you want to go on the island. We got shuttle to Charlie beach, also to Pawap beach but then you can walk back easily or arrange to be collected. Tid also arranges trips & transfers We hope to return one day soon & would highly recommend

Absolutely everything. Much thought has gone into making this resort function so well as the perfect base on Koh Mook. Don’t be put off by it not being right on the beach as the owner Tid will whisk you there and back to any beach or any sight on the island in a nano second and free of charge! As it is a small island this is excellent and so lovely to return to this little oasis with it’s wonderful, helpful staff to whom nothing is too much trouble. There is a good restaurant on site but many others a few minutes away too - reakfast here is of great quality. The rooms are excellent- clean and comfortable! Don’t think twice just book here! 👍❤️

The staff were so friendly, with Tit (the owner) going out of his way to make us feel at home and help us get around or with anything we needed. The pool was lovely, the rooms were big and we loved the outside shower. Great service and a lovely hotel!

The only tihng is this hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the beach, and a tuk tuk ride away from Charlie Beach for the sunset. We didn't mind at all but it it is worth bearing in miond if you are looking for beachfront accomodation.

The breakfast was really good, with eggs, pancakes, bread and fruit. It's a very clean place, the room was amazing, very beautiful. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom very nice and cute. The Resort is very quiet, with very nice people working there. There is a pool that you can use everytime you want. They also have bicycles that you can take to visit the island without any costs.

The owner was so lovely and attentive - The restaurant serve good affordable Thai food - Good and plentiful breakfast - The location on the Island is close to everything and there is free taxi service to the beach etc - It’s really quiet at all times. We loved it!

Only thing we can think of, would be to have water coolers with drinking water - but there is a kiosk just across the street.

Good position,a short walk from the village. (or a tuk tuk ride) Probably one of the best accommodation options on the island. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely pool which can be used 24 hours.We enjoyed a late night swim with the pool lights changing colour. Our pool access villas were comfortable and clean. Good choice for breakfast and as much as you could eat.
