Location of the property was a short drive from Main Street of Göreme making it a haven from the hustle and bustle of normal touristic towns. Despite this, the location was prime to watch the sunset at Çavuşin Kalesi (castle) and sunrise balloons from the hotel. It also had a number of restaurants to choose from. Being somewhat of a seasoned traveler (30+ countries), staff at the hotel were some of the most accommodating I’ve ever encountered. They made arrangements for all of our shuttles and helped us plan our days (without ever letting us leave the property without cold waters free of charge). The staff went above and beyond. Magical mornings watching balloons taking off with the most attentive staff I’ve ever encountered.

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our entire stay. Our room was great, just as pictured; there was no patio though. Which was not a deal breaker. The had a lovely terrace and outdoor seating area with a nice view. The location was great, maybe a 10 minute drive to Goreme balloon take off area. Staff was great, every single one of them made sure we were good every day. Staff's service was immaculate, we felt as if we were at home. They gave us recommendations on food, and places to visit for souvenirs. For dinner we took a taxi roundtrip was about $24, to a restaurant they recommended which was one of their friend's restaurant. The food was fresh, and very tasty. Breakfast was amazing, we were served a traditional Turkish breakfast everyday; the breakfast was freshly made. I bought the wrong converter with me to use for my phone charger, and Mustafa was kind enough to let us borrow his during our stay. We experienced an issue on morning while getting ready for air balloon experience; when we awoke around 3:30 am there was no lights/electricity. Which made it hard to get ready at that time because it was completely dark. It seemed to not be alarming so maybe this is normal during that time.

We had a truly "Fairy Tale" stay at this lovely boutique hotel for five nights. From the start to the very end, Ayup and Gen made us feel welcome and provided exceptional service.. probably their hospitality was the best amongst all our trips (and we have traveled a lot). For instance, during nearly every interaction throughout the day, Ayup would kindly offer us (complimentary) tea or coffee - and we gladly accepted several times because their locally-sourced apple and pomegranate teas were delicious beyond belief! Another highlight was their outstanding service at the all-you-can-eat breakfast - they prepared and served a wide variety of dishes right before our eyes, tailored to our preferences, such as our vegetarian diet - Ayup's personalized attention in a cozy setting truly won our hearts! The location was perfect for us, offering stunning views of (and access to) the Çavuşin Castle, and the breathtaking sight of hot air balloons at sunrise. Watching the balloons from the comfort of the hotel, with a cup of tea or coffee in hand and wrapped in a cozy blanket, was an amazing experience — much more relaxing than arranging a tour or going on a hike, although we did the latter too for the adventure. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently close to many fantastic activities and attractions, such as Göreme town, which is just a short drive or a 25-minute walk away, Red Valley at a 10-minute walk, and several open-air museums nearby. Overall, Ayup and Gen's attention to detail and dedication made our stay exceptionally comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. I can't recommend this hotel enough and would give it 100 stars if possible! Thank you, Ayup and Gen, for making our visit so special — we didn’t want to leave, and if we return, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

The "What we liked" list highlights the most important aspects of any trip, and Ayup and Gen at "Cappadocia Fairy Tale Suites" excelled in those areas. If we had to be picky, a minor issue was with room service, which was slightly less than perfect. A few times during our 5-night stay, they didn't fully replenish supplies like soaps and coffee. However, this was easily resolved by requesting them later when needed.

Yasar and his wife provides an exceptional services. Yasar will contact you when you have confirmed your booking with the hotel. Very easy to communicate and speak English well. He will ensure that you are comfortable and safe before arriving at his hotel, during your stays and after you leave his place. Breakfast is simple and made by his wife. Lunch and dinner are on your own as restaurants are easily available around his hotel and town area. Do check with him for recommendations. We didn't not plan much for the itinerary when we were there. Do ask Yasar on the activities that you can do in Cappadocia. He will assist you according to your budget and time. We were lucky with the hot air balloon. The hot air balloon ride during winter is magical and it was during sunrise period. The weather was permissible on the day we went and some guests didn't get such an opportunity. Best to get the hotel to assist you with such activity as the company is licensed and safe. Please constantly check with him so as not to get disappointed. The hotel location is not far from the main attractions. Come with an open heart and mind to Cappadocia. You may need to hire a taxi service to move around and Yasar can advise you on that. We enjoyed the services and it was a short stay for us.

The area uses a mixture of cash and card. Do bring extra cash on hand. It will help you with paying. Not every place accepts cards.

I had an excellent stay at Cappadocia fairy tsle suites ! The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities you could need for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect, close to all the major attractions yet peaceful and quiet. A special shoutout to the owner, who truly made our stay memorable. He was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. From assisting us with taxi bookings to recommending the best local spots to explore, he went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely kind and attentive. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality—we’ll definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to others!

The location of the suite is perfect for anyone wanting to witness the magical hot air balloons at sunrise—it was simply breathtaking. The area is peaceful and serene, offering a calm retreat after a day of exploring. The breakfast was also a highlight: fresh, delicious, and plentiful, setting us up perfectly for the day ahead. If you're looking for a peaceful, scenic, and welcoming place to stay in Cappadocia, I cannot recommend Cappadocia Fairy Tale Suite highly enough. It truly lived up to its name, and Eyub’s hospitality made all the difference!

Firstly, the staff are all so friendly and welcoming. They would help you with any planning you need whether it’s booking tours or transport. The shuttle was only 13 euros Per Person. Secondly, the breakfast here is yummy and so filling, so you wouldn’t have to worry about food for a while. Thirdly, the room that we stayed in is so comfortable and had a turkish bath which we loved so much and used every night. The view from the hotel is so beautiful you can see the cavusin castle and at sunrise the hot air balloons are so close by. You must watch from the hotel terrance, one morning! I want to thank everyone for making me feel like home i didn’t want to leave. The locals are very friendly too. Location i would say is just perfect!

This boutique hotel is one of the most charming I’ve stayed. We spend there 3 nights with my husband and another couple. It’s in great location when you want to explore Cappadocia - 10 min driving from Goreme and 5-10 from Rose Valley. Breakfast is astonishing and definitely the best I had! It’s a great opportunity to check local dishes and leaves you quite full for long time 😊 Jan (the owner) has been extremely helpful since the day we booked the stay. He helped us to secure great deals for balloon and quad as well as recommended great places for eat. The service was also extremely helpful recommending places of interest ☺️

The entire experience was amazingly enjoyable. To start with, the level and attention of the Communication was friendly, timely, thoughtful and helpful. The owner and manager (Yasar), was constantly in touch to ensure that my entire trip from Istanbul was great. His help in arranging transport to the Hotel and personally helping us Check in past midnight was very helpful. We were upgraded at no extra cost and our entire stay at the Suites was refreshingly good. He helped to arrange for all our tours around Cappadocia which we really enjoyed. With the limitless supply of juice, tea and coffee throughout the day in addition to allowing a very late Checkout at 19:30, made us truly feel at home. I definitely recommend this.

Our experience staying at Cappadocia Fairy Tale was fantastic! The host always responded promptly and provided various assistance. Not only did he help us arrange exciting experiences like hot air balloon rides and ATV tours, but he also upgraded our room, which was very thoughtful! The hotel is located just a 5-minute from Goreme town. From the balcony, you can see the beautiful sight of the hot air balloons, and the host even shared the best viewing routes for the balloons. In addition to that, the other staff at the hotel also recommended an outdoor museum worth visiting, which was cheaper than those recommended online but just as impressive.I really appreciate their careful arrangements. Overall, it was an unforgettable trip, and I highly recommend this hotel!
