⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can most definitely say this is one of the best places i have ever stayed at. From tranfers to being Welcomed at the front desk of Kismet Cave Mansion. The breakfast is fresh cooked right in front of you and the service from this lovely family run hotel is Amazing and is ran smoothly. Views. If you thinking what hotel you should book to get this best view of the ballon rides in the morning, kismet Cave Mansion 100% you will not miss a thing in-fact you will have balloons flying just above you. A Great experience. Rooms. Clean, cool and comfortable. There is no noise to disturb you from motorists or crowds. The design (architecture ) of the rooms and hotel is very good interesting. Location Kismet Mansion is in a Great location for the town centre and to head of it you wanted to venture out hiking. Highly recommend kismet Cave Mansion when visiting Cappadocia

We really loved staying at this place! The view is amazing and the family who runs the hotel are very sweet and welcoming. They even got us upgraded! You have a good overview at red/rose valley (where the balloons mostly take-off) and everything is within walking distance of the city centre of Goreme.

Nothing, we loved staying here. They maybe could earn more by selling drinks at the terrace outside?

📍The room is huge and comfy. 📍The hotel is fantastically beautiful. It has two terrace/balcony which you can easily see flying hot air balloons every morning. 📍The staff are so friendly and accommodating. And what surprises me is when I requested a small cake for my friend's birthday, it was granted for free. It's not even small, it's a medium cake which tastes so good! And they even sing for my friend 📍The whole experience is great! Will surely recommend the hotel

The staff were very nice, were in touch even before the stay(texted us one day before to ensure we have everything). The room was excellent and had heated floors. I could walk around without slippers on a cozy warm floor!

The room we were given didn’t seem to match the one we selected at the time of booking. We paid extra for a room that was shown on booking.Com but seemed to have given the one that was basic. I could be wrong but we never got asked or told about it at reception. I’ve noticed a lot of hotels do that. Also, the name can be misleading, this property is imitating a cave, it’s not an actual cave. Breakfast doesn’t have a lot of options like the other hotels I’ve seen around.

The hotel area must be a relatively newly developed area and still a lot of construction works going on around the hotel, however, town centre is very close (5 mins to Goreme centre, 15 mins to Open Air Museum), and we had a family room with direct view to the valley. As the hotel location is slightly elevated on a hill, we could see the magical hot air balloon views in the valley every morning from our bed, which made our stay in so special. The hotel was charming, clean and had floor heating, it felt so cosy and warm even in the stone room! The hotel staff were very helpful too.

The staff we’re so accommodating and helpful. They carried my luggage up the stairs for me and down again when I left and help me find my way around town the room was delightful and comfortable. The location was fantastic.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property

The staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. top notch customer service. The room was super clean. the view from the top terrace was breathtaking for sure. Location was walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Breakfast in the morning was perfect. Highly recommend!!!!

Not much I did not like about the property. The only thing I would suggest would be to maybe have lunch and dinner options. There is no lunch or dinner available for purchase and you are forced to go out to eat. The rooftop terrace would be an amazing place to have lunch or dinner. lastly not sure if it’s to preserve the stone or if it was actually not working but better AC system for the room. it was literally cooler outside then inside my room.

Beautiful rooms and hotel atmosphere. Very kind and helpful staff. Excellent location; in walking distance of shops and restaurants. Beautiful terraces for balloon watching.

I would say the location is one of the factors to remark, besides that the rooms and the hotel in general speaking is the same as on the advertising on Booking, so no surprises on that. The Staff is welcoming and always with good energy, the breakfast is complete and good 😊 I love it. The rooms are fantastic and clean, the place is highly recommended.

there isn’t anything I didn’t like so far on my experience in this hotel; however outside the hotel there was a huge mess with the roads, but once again is nothing to do with the hotel itself
