I really loved our stay at the Rustic Caves Hotel. My name is Aleksandra and I have been there in February 2024 with my friend. The staff was literally the best, especially Mr Serdar, who helped me arrange a successful Baloons Flight Trip :) (which is quite hard in the winter, so I did have a lot of luck and a great and skillful manager). Mr Serdar, but also other receptionists, always knew what do we lack even before we had known this and they were always willing to help as much as they were able to. The localization is perfect. The city center is really close on foot, as well as the Goreme Open Air Museum. The valleys are in a walking distance, but it is also possible and cheap to get there by a taxi booked by the hotel. The room was big, spacious and pretty. It was warm, as well as the water in the bathroom. The bed was very big and comfortable. The only problem was not enough space for all the belongings - the room was very spacious, but it would be good to have more shelves and/or a bigger table, or more hookers in the wardrobe - although it is just a minor detail. The breakfasts were good, with unusual spieces and sauces. There were quite a lot of options. The staff know Capadoccia really well. They were always willing to give us some information and also to help us make the best deal out of time we had there. They helped us choose the best trip and told us, where is it possible to get on our own. It was soo perfect!! I recommend it will my whole heart:)

not enough shelves or tables to put our things on in the room

We had an amazing stay at Rustic Caves hotel. From the beginning communication with the hotel was great - Serdar got in contact with us to offer us a balloon tour for €65 and to also ask us if we wanted an airport transfer. The balloon tour they organised was with a brilliant company and it was an unforgettable experience (especially for us as we had initially ruled out doing a balloon ride because we thought it was too expensive). Our room was clean and spacious and the bathroom was fantastic. The shower had amazing pressure and plenty of hot water. The temperature of the room was quite warm (we visited in March) but easily remedied by opening the window. Breakfast at the hotel was great - plenty for vegetarians and lots of vegan options too (if you don't have cheese or yogurt). I found enough to eat during my stay. The staff at the breakfast were also very friendly. All the staff at Rustic are excellent. They explained available tours to us but were not pushy which we really appreciated. They gave us a map and told us where buses to other areas left from (useful because we like to explore independently). Cetin was the main person we spoke to and he was brilliant. The location of the hotel is easy walking distance to Göreme town and all the shops and restaurants. All in all, we loved our stay at Rustic - it was great value for money and I would stay again in a heartbeat.

The property, the staff, the rooms and the breakfast were exceptional. Especially the staff at the reception and the breakfast are worth to mention. They helped us to get to know the area and book activities even before getting to the hotel days in advance (via whatsapp, very convenient). The lady who was in charge of the breakfast was the sweetest. She made connection with every single guest and prepared egg specialities per request and a great buffet with lots of variety. She always had sweet words to say and made us feel very comfortable as well as the staff at the reception.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property but the neighbors dog was barking at everyone passing by, even at nights when we wanted to get some rest before waking up early for the balloon ride.

My stay at Rustic Caves was simply unforgettable! Located in the heart of Cappadocia, the hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, hospitality, and the region’s unique beauty. Services: The staff was extremely attentive and welcoming, always ready to help with tips on tours, balloon ride bookings, and transportation. Additionally, the breakfast was a highlight, featuring a variety of delicious Turkish dishes, fresh fruits, and homemade bread. Activities: The hotel helped us organize a balloon ride, a magical and unmissable experience. We also went on hikes and visited nearby valleys, all with the support of the staff. Conclusion: I highly recommend Rustic Caves to anyone visiting Cappadocia. The combination of warm hospitality, perfect location, and authentic experiences made this trip truly special.

After arriving at 8 am from a long 11 hour bus trip, the accommodation was an easy 5 min walk away from the bus station in the middle of town. Arman, on reception, was great. He has a wonderful, easy, warm manner, and nothing was a problem. He was very interesting to talk to, and I could have easily chatted for longer. As it was early, our room was still in use but was safe to leave our bags while we freshened up and headed off on a brilliant day tour to see all the wonderful sights. The room was exceptional with a huge bed! The breakfast was the best of our trip. Upstairs on a terrace with two lovely women making delicious salads onsite with an extensive delicious buffet. Oh, and at the end of our road was a bakery, so we could pick up some warm, fresh baked treats for the day!

Great location, great staff and the buffet was the best part. It didn't have a lot of options but the items there were delicious and the lady preparing the buffet was very polite and helpful. We arrived early and tired and it wasn't checkout time so the receptionist arranged us a free buffet for that morning The receptionist was really great to talk to as well and handled our Airport transfers. Even though the Airport transfer was early in the morning, one of the boys went to the shops early and got us breakfast because they knew we'll miss the buffet that day. The room was big and cosy, and we could see Hot Air Balloons from our window!

Our stay at Rustic Cave Hotel was unforgettable. The staff and management were exceptional, providing invaluable guidance on exploring Cappadocia. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious Turkish breakfasts served with panoramic views. This was one of the best hotel stays we ever had! I cannot thank them enough for taking good care of everything that we needed even before we reached the hotel as there was series of delay on our flights. They were sooooo helpful in oh so many ways and will make you feel that everything is being taken cared of. They understand every situation and will do everything for their guests' comfort. The people of this hotel are the real assets! They did everything to make sure that all of my requests are handled properly and even go beyond what we expected. Serdar & Arman, you guys are really the best! Thank you so much! And the ladies at the rooftop breakfast are kind and sweet too!

Really spacey and cozy place to stay. The receptionist and the ladies at the buffet made sure to assist us and make the stay comfortable as possible. It is not in the old town center but still very convenient location that has no hills and easily accessible with the car. Loved the breakfast and beds were very comfortable.

Stayed for 4 nights and the housekeeping never shown up to clean the room or empty the bins. It didn’t cause much of an issue but seeing her clean up other rooms after check-out’s while we kept a leaflet on the door to request cleaning, was a little disappointing seeing no results.

A very nice small hotel in a great location. It’s just a few minutes' walk from the center of Goreme, yet far enough to ensure peace and quiet with no noise. The reception staff were extremely, extremely kind, polite, and always ready to help. Truly, all praise for them. The rooms are spacious, and the mattresses are very comfortable. The bathroom was really spacious, with a huge shower. The hotel also has a very nice terrace.

The only small remark is the breakfast, which in my opinion could have more options catering to a wider audience, not just the traditional Turkish breakfast. Also, the lady who works at breakfast doesn’t understand English. I would order two omelets made with two eggs for the two of us, but she would bring just one. When I asked for another one, she said she had already brought two omelets. I tried to explain that it was one omelet made with two eggs, not two separate omelets, but no, she went to the kitchen, took two eggs, and said, “These are two omelets.”
