Very nice breakfast, staff very polite and available with any information we asked. Receptionists very helpful as well, booked a shuttle from and to the airport as taxi was expensive for 2 people. Great location, right in the centre of Goreme, all restaurants, shops etc within walking distance. The terrace offered a very pretty view and you could see the hot air balloons taking off. We asked reception for hot air balloon and other activities and it was slightly more expensive than in the agencies around, would be good if the hotel had some deals (more activities at a better rate) as we eventually managed to find cheaper by going around and haggling :D

The room was nice as it was an actual cave so we loved the experience! The toilet and shower were leaking and the water pressure wasn't great. There wasn't much light and although it's understandable as it's an old structure, a lamp or better lights around the property would have made a difference! Also, the room got cleaned after a couple of days and no shampoo and soap have been provided, together with toilet paper. Of course, we could have asked, however, attention to details goes a long way :) Same when the bathroom has been cleaned, it was really wet and the jacuzzi tub hasn't been rinsed.

This is the one of the amazing and best hotel we stayed throughout our vacation. We can see different types of valleys around the hotel area. The view is so mesmerizing from hotel’s restaurant, balcony and terrace. Also, you will see hot air balloons flying in the morning, which will help you to start a good day with an amazing view. Apart from the view, there is this most amazing staff in the hotel, Osman. All the thanks to him from bottom of our heart for his kindness, assists, guides and the valuable support he gave to us. His valuable time and kindness helped us so much to spend the days in Cappadocia smoothly.

I recently stayed at Cappa Cave Hotel in Goreme, Cappadocia, and it truly became a special place to me. I feel like I left a piece of my heart there! From the moment I arrived, the experience was exceptional. The hotel was spotless, and its convenient location made it easy to explore everything Goreme has to offer. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection that fueled me for a day of sightseeing. A special mention goes to Arturo and Osman, the two incredibly friendly and hospitable staff members. They went above and beyond, answering all my questions, scheduling tours, and ensuring my stay was as comfortable as possible. My cave room was spacious, beautiful and very clean. It felt like a unique retreat from the world. I will definitely be coming back! This place holds a special place in my heart now, and I can’t wait for my next visit.

My stay was too short

This place was just what we needed. Small and personal. The boys running the show were outstanding and went above and beyond to make this trip memorable. We booked all our excursions through the front office with more than enough information. Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant was served with a big smile. Pool and loungers and a terrace with an amazing view of the township. 10/10

Cappa Cave Hotel has everything you need for a wonderful stay in Goreme… pool, air conditioning, clean ensuite rooms, communal deck to lounge with a cup of tea or cool drink, balloon viewing deck above the restaurant to take in all of Goreme. Even better than all that is the staff. Very kind and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Even after we had left they helped me track down my jacket which I had left on the transfer bus to the airport , coordinating with the driver to get it to me before we flew out. Amazing! We were sad to leave such a wonderful experience.

Firstly the hosts - Osman and Cozkun have been one of the best hosts we have ever met. They took care of us in the nicest way possible. The rooms are pretty good, you get what you see from the hotel room pics uploaded on the website. Location is perfect as it is a few metres from the Goreme bus stop. Tasty breakfast with a lovely view from the top of the restaurant kicks off your day with a lot of happy vibes. Overall, a great place to stay while one plans to visit the lovely and panoramic place like Goreme.

Cappa Cave Hotel showed me why people keep coming back to the same hotel again and again - the staff is so warm and friendly! Our room was beautiful, silent and cool while it was over 30 degrees outside. The original Turkish breakfast is delicious and stuffing. We simply loved our stay and we would always come back. Last thing to mention is that the location is beautiful. From the roof terrace you've got a view of the mountains and you can watch the hot air ballons in the morning.

This is not a hotel inside the cave stones which you see on the typical pictures of Göreme. However, our suite was located inside the stone so it is indeed a cave room.

Booked this hotel for 2 nights, paid 30$ per night in february 2024. I arrived to the hotel late night and had no problems with check in. RECEPTION: All staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. ROOM: I lived in "Standard Double Room" on the ground floor, double bed with private bathroom. It was a room looking like a cave, bit small one, but for short stay is very nice and cozy. Overall the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. It was very warm inside, radiator was working properly. But in the room you can consider not enough light and there is no window. Also sometimes small pieces of room decoration falling down, but this room looks like a cave! Refrigerator, kettle and tea/coffee are provided. BATHROOM: Clean but small, water was hot and the pressure was good. Shampoo, soap and towels are provided. There is no washing machine in the number. RESTAURANT: Located on the third floor. Turkish breakfast is included, overall it was nice with big variety of different things. CHECK OUT: 11:30

Location- The property was located in the centre with easy access to luxury restaurants and other shops. Staff- Also, the staff was superb, they let us check in early and assisted us with all information pertaining to the tours. Breakfast- The breakfast was not a buffet and had minimal options but was excellent. They served their local Gozleme (potato stuffed bread), various types of cheese, boiled egg, bread, butter, Turkish tea, hot chocolate, and, coffee. Room- We booked a junior suite which was cute and clean and gave all cave vibes. Was perfect for two. Additional services- The hotel booked a shuttle service for us for €10 per person per trip. All we did was text them our flight details via Whatsapp (they are quite easily accessible via their Whatsapp). I would rate this a solid 9/10.

Although, the breakfast was superb, they can add further local food/international options.

Great staff and location right across from bus station and all major attractions. Great breakfast and terrace to view balloons. Right downtown in Goreme with restaurants and market nearby.

A steel staircase outside our room leading to the restaurant and baloon watching terrace. loud banging at 5 am as guests climbed up to watch balloons every morning and again at 8 am for breakfast. Sewer gas smell from bathroom was unpleasant.
