The location is excellent and the hotel is clearly new, so everything is in great conditions. The reception staff was very kind and helpful. And you have an unbeatable view to the balloons. In general, a very good experience!

As it is a new hotel, they are still missing a few essential itens in the rooms, such as a bin, a shelve in the bathroom so we no not need to put the shampoo on the floor. The reception staff was very helpful, but the rest of the team need some training. Breakfast was avarage for Turkey. Also, during the 5 or 6 days we were there, they did not clean the room, not sure if we need to ask for it to be done, and if so, they should communicate this to us during checkin.

Our two nights at Balloon View Hotel were truly memorable. The warm and friendly staff made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived; the lady who prepared the breakfast was so helpful with information regarding where to buy souvenirs. The room and bathroom were very clean. And a good range of Turkish cuisine to select for breakfasts. The location was perfect, with the hotel terrace offering breathtaking views of hot air balloons drifting over fairy chimneys – a truly magical sight! What made our stay even more special was that the hotel went the extra mile by arranging our hot air balloon tour. It was an unforgettable experience, and we couldn't have asked for a better stay in Göreme, Cappadocia. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the enchanting beauty of the region.

It could have been even better if the hotel could serve dinner and drinks in the evening. It will be lovely to watch the sunset from the hotel terrace casting rays of light on the Red Valley. But I love this hotel.

Great viewpoint right out of the window of the room! Balloons flying over the canyon, very close to the hotel. The best location. The breakfast was good with a variety of food. The room was light and spacious enough for 2 people. Very friendly staff who suggested us different tours, and we went to the balloon flight with them, which was great and cheaper than in other places.

The room could use more furniture and hooks for hanging clothes. We had to keep almost all our clothes and stuff in the suitcase, cause there was no other place to put it. A bit more vegetables and fruits would be great for breakfast, but anyway there was enough food to eat. Other than this everything else was great.

was trying to find a budget hotel to spend few more nights without breaking the bank. main requirement was strong wifi and boy did they deliver. was probably best connection we had our entire trip (including Istanbul). To our surprise, terrace also provides great view to check out the balloons, and place is basically in center of the town. Room was nice and clean, quiet. First floor, no extra bells and whistles. Got the job done. Hotel is new and feels modern. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent location 250 meters from the bus station and all main services, in a side street on a small hill with a top floor breakfast terrace overlooking the village and hot air balloons. Really big room, clean and quiet. Very comfortable bed. Helpful staff who booked us the transfer to the airport and on-site activities.

Breakfast is available only from 8:30. In summer, if you want to take advantage of the cool of the early hours of the day to go trekking in the valley, you have to give up on breakfast at the hotel.

The Balloon View Hotel has it all! I extensively researched where to stay in Göreme and I chose the perfect place! 1) The location is outstanding. 2) the internet is 100% reliable and lightening fast (each room has its own router!) 3) The beds are very comfortable! 4)You can watch the balloons launch from your bed (see my pics) 5) They have a beautiful breakfast terrace where you can also watch the sunrise launches. 6) The staff (Raif!!) are so kind and helpful. Their recommendations were spot on! I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. I have done the research for you-book it now😀

I loved everything about it! Although the breakfast is supposed to be served from 8:30-10:30, it actually ends about 9:45, so just plan accordingly.

We stayed in early october and checked in around midnight since our flights were severly delayed. The rooms are very nice and have everything you’d need. Also loved the breakfast and the view from the terrace.

At one point the wifi did go down in my room during the afternoon and it was difficult to communicate with my friends who were in another room. This wasn’t a big issue as we went quad biking in the evening anyway and by the time we were back, the wifi was working again.

The breakfast from 8.30 to 10.30 is really too late. Attractions are very crowded so you need to be there at opening hour but it's impossible if you can't have breakfast until 8.30 We asked to take just some bread (the girl was preparing for breakfast so it wasn't a big problem for sure) but they told us it's not possible. Also other customer were disappointed for this.
