Perfect location! Spectacular sunrise with balloon parade in front of biggest terrace by my superior room. Free parking place behind the building - only for enlightened persons :) markets, bazar, tourist centers are just 5min walks. Bakery with delicious food are under the hotel ... Breakfast on the terrace on top of the building have been amazing! Everyday different local meals and the ladies there are smile and polite! Well equipped bath with amazing douche gel on it for woman and man :)

We stay 5 night and during that time nobody have enter on the room to check toilet paper or to take off the garbage or just to clean terrace and table on it from the evening parties on top terrace! Just one small roll with paper for two persons ... but have it on near market :) No fridge on the room!

Excellent location in Göreme, close enough to town centre but not in the middle of it, so it was super quiet and silent. Staff were great. Big thanks to Memed for being such a nice fella. You can ask them anything and they’ll do the best to find you a tour for a good price. I got a superior room and it had amazing views for most of the valley, great spots to see balloons and also a great terrace for breakfast. Food was quite diverse and tasted great.

Minor fixes are needed in the superior room I stayed. AC duct would openly discharges water in the middle of the bathroom and while it was not a major problem, could be easily fixed to prevent any leaks.

Great location in Göreme—everything was within easy walking distance, including key attractions and restaurants. The highlight of my stay was the incredible staff, especially Reza at the front desk. He went above and beyond by recommending and arranging activities and transportation, making my time in Cappadocia seamless and unforgettable. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, served with stunning views of the valley and hot air balloons drifting by.

Everything was very good. First of all the staff were excellent at organising tours for us even before we arrived, and we were able to pay card directly to the hotel which was great. Breakfast is a good Turkish spread, with some pastries and cake too. You won't go hungry. Everything was really clean, location good.

The toilet seat needed screwing down, not that didn't work just a bit annoying. A soap dish or tray for the bathroom sink would be good. A few hooks in the room would have been good, but there is a cupboard with cost hangers.

Mohamed and Reeza were exceptional staff, they were incredibly hospitable and helpful since the day we arrived until we left. They assisted with all our tour arrangements, attended to all our needs, and made our stay really easy. We also loved the location in terms of getting to see hot air balloons passing our hotel room window every morning. We enjoyed the lovely spread of breakfast.

The hotel had an amazing breakfast buffet. It was the highlight if our stay! The location is great. Really close to the bis station and everything else in Göreme. Our room was comfortable and clean. The guy at reception was very friendly and helped with every possible issue. The hotel also offers tours and airport pickup. From the rooftop terrace you have an amazing view. I will come again.

Our two nights at Balloon View Hotel were truly memorable. The warm and friendly staff made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived; the lady who prepared the breakfast was so helpful with information regarding where to buy souvenirs. The room and bathroom were very clean. And a good range of Turkish cuisine to select for breakfasts. The location was perfect, with the hotel terrace offering breathtaking views of hot air balloons drifting over fairy chimneys – a truly magical sight! What made our stay even more special was that the hotel went the extra mile by arranging our hot air balloon tour. It was an unforgettable experience, and we couldn't have asked for a better stay in Göreme, Cappadocia. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the enchanting beauty of the region.

It could have been even better if the hotel could serve dinner and drinks in the evening. It will be lovely to watch the sunset from the hotel terrace casting rays of light on the Red Valley. But I love this hotel.

Great viewpoint right out of the window of the room! Balloons flying over the canyon, very close to the hotel. The best location. The breakfast was good with a variety of food. The room was light and spacious enough for 2 people. Very friendly staff who suggested us different tours, and we went to the balloon flight with them, which was great and cheaper than in other places.

The room could use more furniture and hooks for hanging clothes. We had to keep almost all our clothes and stuff in the suitcase, cause there was no other place to put it. A bit more vegetables and fruits would be great for breakfast, but anyway there was enough food to eat. Other than this everything else was great.

We had a great view in room 201! It’s a corner unit so we got to see balloons all around the building in the morning, so magical. The staff was super friendly and the terrace was a great space to hang out while waiting for our room to be ready.

Bathroom door was ever so slightly broken, needed to shove it closed and lock it so it wouldn’t swing open. But a minor inconvenience compared to the cost of the room!

Rooftop terrace with incredible views every morning of balloons at launch and in the sky. Location only 5 minutes walk from bus station. Plenty of restaurants & cafes nearby. Comfortable room with good WiFi and hot shower. Breakfast buffet was substantial. Very friendly staff who provide full travel agency services for tours.

Nowhere to hang wet clothes.
