Love the hotel, the staff, location and every other things here. The staffs were so friendly and supportive, they recommended and helped us with the tours that were excellent! A little bit sad cause the weather was not supported for the hot air balloon experience, but overall we love everything about Cappadocia. Will be back here one day to fulfill our wishlist 🫰 Thanks all for having us.

This is just for the improvement, no complaint at all. The water in the bathroom took a few minutes to heat up, and the hair dryer also stopped during drying (for the safety purpose but I wish it could work longer 😅). Also the wifi was pretty weak in the room but I assumed that its because of the thick wall.

Beautiful setting, lovely views, unique experience in a fairy chimney room. Well located and had the rooftop terrace to myself for morning ballon viewing…well almost, until a young couple next door climbed over. Helpful staff, when the first guy couldn’t help with my hiking questions, another one took the time to pin all the spots on my phone so I could do the Swords/Red/Rose valley…amazing hike!

Breakfast was very average for the place and the room stuffy. The A/C didn’t seem to make much difference and it has some kind of timer on it, switching off by itself after 10-15 min. Had to keep turning it on. In the end opened the balcony door for air at night.

The hotel was extremely well maintained and beautiful. The staff was very helpful. Samet was especially very helpful throughout our stay and helped us in arranging all the tours as well airport transfers. My daughter forgot her toy in the hotel and we realized it after checking out. But the hotel went out of the way in arranging a courier to India promptly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Cappadoccia and will stay there if I visit again.

the location of the hotel was fantastic.. the roof top has an amazing view of Goreme and great for balloon watching.. the balloons flew over the hotel and it was lovely. restaurants, groceries and city center is few minutes walk from the hotel.. special thanks to huseyn and tugai who were always there to help us and for being friendly... tugai for helping us contact our tour provider when they were late.. 😊they arranged our transpo from the airport to the hotel and vice versa at a very reasonable price.

It was beautiful. Even though I booked too late to get one of the nicer rooms with a view, the inside of my room was gorgeous and cozy and made me feel like a Queen. I hung out in the room sometimes simply because I liked it. I also had a big tub and took advantage of it. It was very clean. The location of the Terrace was perfect for watching the balloons and it wasn’t crowded at all. The staff were very kind and patient with me and helped arrange for me to pay for the balloon ride and my airport transfer with my card because my bank card was canceled and I had no cash. It helped me feel so much more relaxed knowing they were helping me quickly and effectively. They also had excellent recommendations for restaurants and knew about the Turkis Bath I asked them about and were very knowledgeable. When I left they said that if I ever return, they’ll make sure I get a great room next time, maybe even the fairy chimney. I don’t know if they tell everyone that, but it did make me look even more forward to returning some day, and maybe even bringing along someone with me. Perhaps breakfast could be served earlier? I was awake very early on both mornings of my stay and I know many people were (to either see or ride in the balloons), and as someone who normally doesn’t even eat breakfast, somehow I always felt starving by the time it was served. Obviously I survived haha, but just something that would have been nice.

We could not fault our stay it was truly amazing and memorable. We were in the fairy chimney room which was charming and very different, we would request the same room if we returned. Breakfast was really good with a large selection of tasty food. All the staff were extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with both prior to and during our stay. If you need a hand to organise a tour they are willing to do so. Special thanks to all the staff during our stay. There is no restaurant on site for dinner but restaurants are close by which was alright with us and they can recommend.

Maybe access to tea / coffee out of breakfast hours would be nice.

Almost everything. Large room & bathroom.. Bed was comfortable. Hotel at highest point overlooking the rest of Goreme. Great roof terrace to see the balloons in the early morning. Reasonable breakfast, Turkish of course. Good room decoration. Friendly staff.

As a 4 star, it is missing an evening restaurant, breakfast only. Antiquated taps in the bathroom, needs thermostatic ones, as it is difficult to control because the hot is very hot. Parking is in high demand, but not impossible.

Thank you for our stay. There were lots of small things during our stay that made our time memorable at Harman Caves Hotel. The assistance from manager Samrat in communicating the attractions and arranging our 3 days of activities was amazing. Especially the recommendations on companies and restaurants… perfect. All were delightfully happy, informative, and friendly. My authentic coffee stops were so needed. Do not miss the Balloon ride easily my favourite part of our Turkey experience. The location of Harman Caves with its captivating views of the town ship was a delightful surprise. The bonus, Harman caves is located next door to one of Goreme’s best Turkish cuisine restaurant, Seten. The rooms were traditionally decorated, clean, with a comfortable bed and lots of Instagram picture points throughout the property.

There are 2 small recommendations. Breakfast could have a little more selection with cut fruit accompanying birch muesli, more coffee available both in the restaurant and rooms. Bathroom cleaning could be improved, shower screens and drains. Thank you again for the stay.

The reception staff were amazing - Kadir and his friend. They went over their means to assist us during check-in, booking tours, recommending dining options. They also helped me with an airline ticket issue which was way beyond their responsibilities. The hotel was in great location, and the breakfast spread was superb. It has a great viewing location for the hot air balloons in the morning. I highly recommend staying in this hotel for good rooms, food, location and service.

Location is great, it is on the hill, that guarantees you very beautiful view. It is close to the spot where balloons land and in the morning from the rooftop you can observe flying balloons over the city and over the valley on the other side. It is also close to the Pigeon Valley, a short way down there is located right there, near the hotel. On the other hand, the hotel is not far from the city center and restaurants. Although you have to climb a couple of stairs every time when you go back, this wasn't a problem at all for us. I also liked having breakfast on an open terrace with a view. The stuff is very friendly and welcoming (thank you, guys, for your help). The hotel has its atmosphere and style. Our room looked amazing, I loved this cave style with cozy traditional rugs, pottery, wooden furniture. At the same time, the room has everything you need: air conditioner, tea/coffee stuff, fridge... Bathroom was also good. The fact that my friend stayed there for a second time in a row, speaks for itself. I would also like to stay at Harman Cave next time I go to Kapadokya.

The bed was a bit hard and creaky to me.
