This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. We booked the balcony room and I couldn’t recommend it more, the view of the hot air balloons every morning was unmatched. The hotel has so many terraces for viewing the balloons aswell if you don’t have a balcony in your room. The pool was great, and always had sun beds available. The location was amazing, in the centre of goreme, the landscapes are amazing and you have a great view of these from all over the hotel. The staff were the friendliest we have ever encountered, they were so helpful, and always there to answer any questions. The breakfast was really good also, the bar had a good range of food too. This was honestly a once in a lifetime holiday in a bucket list destination, and the hotel just made the stay perfect.

My stay was incredible! The staff was super attentive and helpful, always willing to help with anything I needed. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of variety and fresh options every day. The view from the hotel is breathtaking , especially at dawn! The accommodations were comfortable and well looked after. Furthermore, the location is excellent, very close to the center, which makes sightseeing very easy!

The only point that could be improved is the service at the pool bar, which was a little slow, but nothing that compromised the experience. I definitely recommend it!

The cave house sealed our Cappadocia dreamy experience. Location was perfect to take a lazy stroll to the town center of Goreme and the balcony was just right on to see the balloons in the morning. Our room gave us that cave feel but with the comforts of a hotel. Super love this cave house.

View was exceptional, hotel beautiful and staff excellent. Having a pool during the middle of the day was a saviour. Breakfast was very good. Located within walking distance to the cafes, restaurants and shops. Staff very nice.

The only room with a balcony, room 401 had a terrible mattress that needs to be replaced, not acceptable. As the hotel was full we couldn't change rooms. Pool food was not great and very expensive.

Location is amazing, very close to everything and it’s quite. We stayed at the Sultan room, which was spacious, with hamam and a big bath and shower. It was comfortable and cozy. Also, the property has a great view to the balloons so you don’t have to go to any balloon watching points. Breakfast is delicious and has a good variety of food to eat. Service is great, they are nice and honest people, they were kind and knowledgeable. Do book balloon flights through them as it is fast and reliable with fair prices. We also loved animals that lived in the hotel - they are well treated and one can tell that kind people manage the hotel.

One suggestion would be to put a blind curtain inside the Sultan room as we had to use additional sheet to close the window to make it dark in the room. Sometimes unpleasant smell can appear in the bathroom, but the hotel staff is very responsive and can take care of it quickly.

Location, very close to Cappadocia downtown. A great friendly travel agent right next to it. Uniqueness, very beautiful setting and a great rooftop spot to watch the balloons in the morning. Having a pool was amazing especially in the hot summer.

Nothing really. We love this hotel :). I guess the only thing is rooms that are built into caves at these unique cave hotels inevitably have very little ventilation. The room we stayed in only had one window so it got that damp smell the whole time, but it isn't something you can fix if you want to stay in cave rooms. If you're sensitive to smells, perhaps request a room with more than one window, which seems to be located at the very top.

This cave house is perfectly situated in the town of Gerome and within walking distance to many restaurants, cafes and stores. The staff were super friendly and accommodated all of our requests. They organized our airport transfers and as well as some of the tours. The view from the top platform allows you to watch the hot air balloons at sunrise - absolutely beautiful!

The room descriptions stipulated that the rooms we booked had fans and fridges, however, only 1 room had a fridge and non had fans. I think in winter, it is perfect as we saw many heaters in the rooms, however, as we went in peak summer, the fans were really needed.

The location couldn't be better. A very short walk down to the town centre, with all the shops and restaurants. A gorgeous view from the terrace. Loved the decor, both outside in the courtyard and inside the room). Staff were very friendly, helpful and obliging. When a problem developed with our toilet they sent someone to fix it straight away. Before our trip we were able to contact the hotel and book daily tours and an airport shuttle to pick us up (they responded quickly and patiently to all of our questions), and once we arrived we were able to book the return shuttle as well. When the Blue tour was cancelled we were refunded the amount we'd paid for it (although not before they'd tried their best to find a replacement). They also arranged a takeaway breakfast for our last morning as we had a relatively early flight.

The room got quite stuffy and grit would form fairly regularly and collect on the floor and bed (to be expected when you're staying in a cave, I suppose). The slippers provided were really helpful in keeping our feet clean. It would have been nice if the outdoor pool was heated (it was too cold to enjoy the pool during our stay).

Everything was perfect, we arrived late after missing one of our flights and they were very quick at responding to my message via booking.com to amend the airport pickup, we were met with a warm welcome, had both our cases carried up to our room and then was brought a plate of traditional Turkish pastries as he knew we would be hungry after our long day. The location was fab, comfortable clean room, the terrace was great for watching the balloons and nothing was too much trouble for the staff! Would definitely recommend if staying in Goreme, the value compared to similar looking properties was unbelievable!

The only thing that could be slightly improved would be to have some more new decoration and comfy pillows, carpets on the floor of the roof terrace for watching and taking photos of the balloons in the morning

The hotel is very beautiful with a high viewpoint from where you can see the balloons flying. Even the balloon I took, flew right over this hotel. Nice location and easy accessible.

I stayed for 3 nights with breakfast package. So the menu is almost same for everyday. No item name mentioned. Bit problematic if you are vegan/vegeterian or non-meat eating person. Even last day, scrambled eggs were cooked with sasusage, reducing options even further. I stayed in the cave room-105, junior suite. As there's no ventilation in bathroom and only ventilation is throuh main door and adjacent windows, often room feels stuffy.
